    Whenever I click on MSN news articles online, I’m directed to the Microsoft App. However, the App never shows the article.

    It’s awful. Why extra steps? Then most times when you open the App the story you clicked on doesn’t come up? You are chasing me away with this nonsense. I will be switching to Yahoo very soon as I have had it! Been an MSN user for over 20 years!!! AWFUL!

    Some people like this new start app. I don't. With old MSN, I click on the article and read quickly. With the start app, once I click on the article within MSN, I need to waste time finding it in the start app.

    Requires you to go to the app to continue reading then never takes me to the article. Gets stuck at the app store. I do have the app. So annoying.

    When redirected to read the article from a web page to “Continue reading on the app” you’re never taken to that article. Do you can never continue reading the article on the app. Thanks for wasting my time Microsoft…..again

    Microsoft might actually be making a comeback here. I love start it’s great place to get all your news. You can even see short form videos of clips of the news under the video tab. The best part is you can also have ai help you with search and sometime news stories your reading.
