    This app is a very bad app for parents it doesn’t work most of the time and now I weigh 367 pounds in 1 year I recommend another app and the moderators should take it down and jump…..

    So hard to use; frustrating to use as a parent. Loading gift cards and approving purchases is almost impossible. I hate the Xbox now and want to get rid if it. Something that should be so easy and simple to do is overly complicated and frustrating. My advice, don’t ever get an Xbox for your kids.

    By far, the best parental controls app of all the major game consoles. we’ve used Nintendo and PS five as well, but they’re not nearly as convenient.

    Every time I go to setup a child profile the app crashes.

    This app does not work at all. If you try to send an invitation to a child or an organizer, it just says “the invite didn’t send.” If you click “create child account” and then try to exit out, you can’t do so without quitting the app. I know Microsoft doesn’t attract the best developers, but they must have put their C team on this project.

    The older xbox consoles were easily set up for parental controls. I find the app cumbersome and with many work arounds for tech savvy kids. I set up my older consoles with built in controls in a matter of minutes. The newer consoles and app has taken me hours with lots of tutorials. It shouldn’t be this hard to protect your kids from filth.
