    For the money I spent on my unit, this app is junk. I’ll make sure all my hunting groups on social media know ATN has gone to crap.

    Don’t use apps at connect to the Rangefinder or it may permanently break the connection between Scope and Rangefinder. Thanks guys. After reading reviews, I will hold off on buying their premium thermal scope until I read here the apps have been fixed. ‘So glad I bought the cheapest scope that pairs with Rangefinder to test with. I’ll pass it on to lil’ bro when it’s finally clear to buy ATN’s expensive scope.

    I own several ATN products from the 4K binox with range finder that is SUPPOSED TO adjust my scope. I can’t link the 2 together and I have done EVERYTHING including hard installation with a cord from my computer on BOTH the scope which is a 4K hd night/day scope and the $800 4K binoculars in which I had trouble with from day one! When I called tech support they were grumpy and they made it out like I was incompetent and a LIAR!! I will never but another ATN product again! They already got me for a few grand!!!! Shame on them!!!! Don’t sell products that you haven’t tested thoroughly! I understand updates but you pretty much have to do all the programming and deal with freezing screens when you need it the most!! Binoculars that freeze up CONSTANTLY! I don’t get this company!!!?????

    I bought the ATN BinoX-HD 4-16x binoculars with the promise statement on advertising that it was compatible to Transfer directly to me iPhone and iPad. Not true. As stated in earlier reviews, this app hasn’t been updated in two years. Doesn’t work! There’s no way to give it permission to access photos, it doesn’t even show up. I’m returning mine, it’s useless to me this way. I have a great HD camera with 30x optical zoom that’s smaller and more convenient than this. Don’t waste your time or money.

    I agree woth one of the reviews here there is no where for me to allow the app to access my photos I’m Confused and can’t figure it out any help Would be greatly appreciated

    They have yet to update this application to run on the current OS VERSION! THOSE OF YOU THAT JUST MADE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING AN ATN PRODUCT...GOOD LOOK WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I”VE ADVISED ALL OF MY FELLOW L.E. BROTHERS AND SISTERS AS WELL AS FRIENDS TO STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

    Are we really waiting two years for an App update? We can’t transfer pictures or videos from the scope to an iPhone 7 and up. This is horrible customer service and not an American company. You should be ashamed of how you are treating the people who support and pay your salary.

    Any good company should know 2 years is two years too long for an update. Running ios 13.1.2 and the latest Binox HD firmware and I'm still having issues where it says "allow obsidian to access photos in your permissions". THERE'S NO OPTION FOR THAT IN THE APP! I'm a new customer but I'm extremely disappointed a company who toughts their technology at a price point, won't update the software coinciding with their products... I'll change my review if they fix the app...
