Norton password manager not working on new Macbook/Safari. App extension not available. It is supposedly now part of "Safe Web Plus" but will not finish setting up password manager.

Unable to get support, they will run you around in circles on top of half of the emails they send back you don't know if they are real or not..

As a Mac user it apears that many of the features are oriented to Windows and arn't supported for IOS. I use safari as a browser and there is no Password Manager Extension for it. You have to use Chrome. They use an automated chat bot for customer support and I find that useless most of the time.

I've used this for a year or two and find the password manager is worthless on my Mac running macOS Ventura 13.1. Doesn't enter setup, just a blank page. Used to work but if I had to guess, Norton doesn't keep up with newer operating systems as it seems to crop up whenever a new OS is updated. Waste of money if you are looking for a password manager app. Very problematic when uninstalling and re-installing. Not very user friendly.

I been using this password manager for many years now. Just bought a mac so it was one of the things i first installled. Rebooted the computer and i was able to login. No issues here. I know how to use this since it looks the same as on my windows machine.

Pathetic performance, breaks with each update , which leaves you without your passwords, flawed protection, and terrible, incompetent customer support of the "Sorry, our servers are down, can you try again in a few hours?" style. My gosh. What happened to Norton?
