    The GPS has to be review and updated, in certain areas like downtown of Chicago is just terrible.

    The flex program just continues to go downhill. I’ve been doing it almost 3 year and it just keeps getting worse. The app is a complete joke. Mine will freeze every time I try and schedule a block resulting in me missing out on scheduling the block. Not to mention lately I get hit with a Captcha puzzle back to back on every block I try to get. I complete the puzzle go to schedule the block and it asks me to do another one. Completely pointless to even try and schedule something. Not to mention they recently lowered the pay in my area. Not even worth it anymore. Amazon will come after you for every single thing…. Most of which is out of our control.

    Tengo a mi niña de 3 años con autismo y gracias a esta aplicación tengo la oportunidad de generar mis ingresos acorde a mi tiempo disponible. Así no la dejo con nadie y produzco mientras ella está en su escuela o con mi esposo. Gracias 🙏🏻

    The camera tryin to take a picture of the package once you drop it off barely works. It always freezes or never takes the picture. It so annoying. That issue needs to be fixed or update ASAP.

    Pick up is easy as long the yellow number sequence is not place on top of bar code that needs to be scanned. Theirs always some packages with this concern, fast pick requires that all packages are labeled on the correct spot of the package. PLEASE NOT ON TOP OF THE BAR CODE. ☺️ The most important part that I noticed is the packages are in sequence in totes or stacked on the cart in order. Makes it easy to load the car. GOOD JOB FOR ALL THE ASSOCIATES AT DSJ5 facility. Professional, really good support when needed . Delivery is confined in one area, and makes it efficient to deliver in a consistent pace. 👍.

    I love working with Amazon flex , but don’t like when workers didn’t read instructions but they wanted us to follow! Business opens after 8 pm but they can give you to delivered at 6 am and how we can do that? Downtown home have to have access but most people didn’t give it thanks , some nice people help me to come in.

    It would be great if we could select the amount of hours we’re available for, like we can with our preferences for what/where we accept blocks. Like if the option for 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, or all could be selected. This would allow us to get the clutter for the blocks we don’t have time for out of the way so that we can target the blocks we’re able to do better.
