    There seems to be NO WAY to talk to a real person at Amazon. There is a suspicious transaction on my checking account that could have been Amazon. BUT!!! I CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH THESE PEOPLE.

    The contact information for customer service is not provided anywhere on the app. It makes you search online for potentially untrusted links and phone numbers to seek further assistance. Extremely frustrating.
  • App runs slow when you want to return and malfunctions

    They are designing this app to make it difficult to return and allowing them to be dishonest and break consumer protection laws. I will be buying less and spending more to support real people real businesses because if this is what the future is like I do not want it. Reported this buggy return fraud to the FTC and you should too. It seems they are intentionally making it difficult to impossible to return items.

    I got two Amazon packages delivered in one day. The first one at 11:30AM (while I was at work), the second at 4:30PM (right before I got home). The first one got stolen when I was gone, and there’s no option on the app to get my money back unless I return the item. I don’t have the item to return. I bought some bras on sale, and they got stolen, and I can’t even buy them again because they’re not on sale anymore and cost more than twice what I paid for them. There’s not an option to contact the seller (which was just Amazon), and there’s no option for my items getting stolen. They took a picture that they left it by my apartment, but one of my neighbors must have picked it up because it’s nowhere around and I don’t have it. I just want my money back, if not the items I ordered replaced, without me having to pay anymore. I also don’t know why they didn’t deliver them both around 4:30PM, considering most people are at work all day and so the chances of packages getting stolen when they’re delivered in the morning goes up. Give me my money back, or replace my stolen items, or fix the app and system and give it an option to select that it was stolen/lost after delivery.

    I find it really difficult to believe that when you pay for something to be delivered in two days that Amazon’s customer service cannot explain why the product is not gonna be delivered and then has the nerve to tell you that despite what you paid for it’s not gonna happen and you have to wait an extra four days beyond the original agreement. Even worse when you call in customer service has the absolute nerve to catch an attitude when you want you paid for and refuses to give you a legitimate reason as to why you’re not getting what was paid for as agreed
  • Went downhill - the company not the app

    Amazon, in my experience, use to be fast and efficient with minimal mistakes. Any mistakes on their end they were quick to help me with. Lately though, stuff would be delivered to the wrong address and I can’t even get anything done about it until the next day AFTER 8pm. It is very clearly the wrong house in the picture the driver sent, if they send one at all, and then still nothing done. On another occasion I had to talk to 8-9 different agents to resolve an issue. The first 4-5 agents lied to me about stopping an order & it got delivered while no one was home to receive it. It got stolen, and then I can’t do anything about it until the next day after 8pm. The quality of the items have also gone downhill lately. I will cancel my Amazon prime shortly as customer service as well as item quality has gone drastically downhill.

    They made me fill out 4 incident reports and then told me every time that they didn’t get my response. They were so rude and unhelpful Amazon customer service used to be so good. I’m not sure what happened.
