    They don’t respond in a timely manner. Wrote my password down and it does not work even though I am a paid subscriber. Then there’s no “Forgot password “ even though you want to change it. Difficult to connect. Great looking product though.

    This is not a good product. I’ve had this echelon mirror for over 2 years now and I have only been able to use it a handful of time, literally! This mirror has never worked properly. For something to be over $1000 should have definitely been better equipped.. I’ve constantly had to reboot/restart and reconnect every time I wanted to workout. Then, it taking hours to actually connect, only to lose connection again and having to restart the process.. Its a headache! Thinking that I could switch from gym to home workouts, that didn’t happen.. I am very displeased..

    I purchased an echelon reflect and it arrived I was excited to change up my workouts. What has ended up happening is that I have spent hours trying to get this thing to work. I have talked to multiple “support” reps who bless their heart seem like they want to help. I can sometimes get the device to connect and try to get a workout in but the moment I walk away I can’t connect again. Then the device regresses back to a QR code which is like trying to set up the app and device from scratch. It’s been a vicious circle. I’ve been asked to submit pictures, videos, do resets and more. I believe the device is bad but cannot get anyone from the warranty service team to do anything? So if you have money to spare, time to waste and don’t want to work out this is the product for you!

    Could not connect as location not operable. An app should allow by pass of giving permissions unless that permission is key to the functionality.

    I’ve had a reflect since right before COVID. the product has always been buggy & so has the app. customer service has always been abysmal. I was able to make it work all this time. even though NO headphone connect to this device and the last time I checked you had to purchase THEIR heart monitor (if you’re into that.) It’s been a few weeks since I used my reflect, and I wanted to use it this morning for a quick yoga session before the family chaos started. Imagine my horror when I discovered the app no longer adjusts the sound on the reflect and an instructor started yelling at me at full volume while club music (for a yoga session?!) started thumping in the background. I’m not sure what I’m going to do with this thing now. it’s so loud I’d have to use it from another room in order to stand the noise.

    If you’ve owned or used a Echelon Reflect it should come as no surprise the app is just as buggy as the actual product. Interestingly enough I can’t even log into the app - it says email or password is incorrect but I’m literally staring at the account logged in on the Reflect SMH. If y’all don’t wanna take the product category serious sell it someone who will. As it is there’s a reason this isn’t taking off like some of the other connected fitness devices like the Mirror or Tonal.

    I find that almost every time I try to connect and start up my Reflect there is some connection issue . I often have to restart or exit and reenter the app multiple times and right now it says it can not find the network but everything else in my house has no problem connecting to the internet.

    Doesn’t connect to the mirror and it won’t allow me to play videos on my phone.

    I’m not sure why I was brought to the reflect app when registering my connect bike. It seems like its not meant for it and the only cycle videos there are available don’t even open or play. What did I put my billing info in for? I can’t even use the app.
