The RentCafe Call Automation app has been designed for technicians that work for properties that use Yardi RentCafe Call Automation. RentCafe Call Automation features - Listening to the resident’s recording who have called to report an issue that required urgent attention. - Provision to acknowledge the calls. - Provision to call the resident's phone directly from the App.

App is too slow. And why can’t I put it on speaker phone?????

This app is extremely slow and does not have the option to listen to calls using speakerphone. Needs lots of improvement that I hope are soon on the way since this affects my job.
