Morgan Properties Resident App features: - Submit one-time payments in three easy steps with various payment methods. - Set up monthly automatic payments to help you avoid late fees. - Share rent, utility, and other costs with roommates using monthly automatic payments - Submit maintenance requests with photos and voice memos and track progress along the way. - Sign and complete your lease renewal directly in the app. - Interact within your community through the Bulletin Board. The Morgan Properties Resident app has been designed for communities that use the RENTCafé platform as their Resident Portal.     As the review says. Easy to use, with a simple yet clean design. If your balance is at 0, Any payment you make will say (-100 in “Account Balance”) if you make a one hundred dollar payment.

    1. Need a way for maintenance to communicate to tenants details of work that has been completed via the app. What time they came to the job, what was done, time of completion, etc.

    The app to read and sign forms, make a maintenance request, etc is easy to navigate, find what you need, and so forth.

    There’s a whole warning when you go in to use the payment function basically telling you not to go back or cancel your process, it can cause you to basically “ghost” pay and will f up how you view the balance. Its super buggy and small things you do while using the apl can cause an issue in posting payment. I mean..the core function we use is payment, so the rest of the app, even if it works fine, doesnt really make it easier to pay rent. So that alone is annoying. Not to mention, we tried to add a bank account that we know for a fact have never added before, and it tells us its already connected and wont let us add it. Then it connected an account…that is neither of our account numbers - so its just some random account?? Idk.
