Yardi Maintenance Mobile augments the functionality of Yardi Maintenance. Yardi Maintenance Mobile allows maintenance techs to access their assigned work orders from the field. They can add technician labor and inventory to work orders and record time, notes, and complete work orders in real-time. They also have the ability to create new work orders as needed. Yardi Maintenance Mobile requires that clients install Yardi Maintenance Plug-in 10.1 (for Voyager™ 60) or Yardi Maintenance Plug-in 3.0 (for Voyager™ 7S) or greater. • Assigned work orders appear on the maintenance technician’s device instantly • Completed results update the Yardi Voyager™ record automatically • Yardi Maintenance Mobile can operate in areas without a cellular or wireless connection • Yardi Maintenance Mobile will synchronize data once the connection is reestablished ABOUT YARDI MAINTENANCE Yardi Voyager Maintenance Management provides the tools you need to perform and track daily maintenance for your properties with unparalleled ease and efficiency.     I don't like negative reviews unless it is an absolute must. This should not be available on the app store for anyone using any kind of device. Minimal functionality and not user friendly. Bad design, bad quality, and to whoever the developer is, I'm sorry but you have to step your game up. If you're going to do something do it right. It has potential, but none in the foreseeable future.

  • A Poorly Designed, Under Supported App

    This app suffers from all the same problems it did 5 years ago, which indicates Yardi never works to improve the user experience. Of course, Yardi One and Yardi Voyager just access the same data on the backend, and seem to suffer a similar level of clunkyness. By my estimation, the problem is no just with this lousy app, but the entire system, the database, the desktop interface, and this dreaded mobile app.
  • If your employer moves to Yardi, quit immediately.

    This software is completely useless for getting work done. It is buggy, constantly freezes, and stores no data locally, so when you go to restart the app all your data is lost. It takes so much time to navigate through Yardi’s asinine user interface that we end up spending as much time entering data as we do working. It’s absurd. Only someone who has never done a day of work in their life would think to use this trash application. There is no way the Yardi corporation uses their own software to manage their own workflow, it would be ridiculous. Or maybe they do, and that’s why they can’t seem to get any work done to improve it.

    I never review apps. Ever. But this app negatively impacts my productivity in a big way. No notifications, wont let me enter technician notes so I can’t complete a work order, no facial recognition to open app. This needs fixed!!

    For the most part. I really wish it would just sync in the background. Really really annoying when I leave the app and come back to read a w/o description. Then it starts syncing again. Also, I have tried everything I can think of but I do not get push notifications when a w/o is added. My coworkers with androids do though.

    This app is horrible to use for work, a constant pain, and always annoying. Without anyone showing you what to do you will struggle to learn how to use the app. Even if you were taught the app offers no opportunity to make adjustments on work orders. This app is supposed to aid me in doing my job but it is quickly becoming the worst part.
