    There needs to be an option to round up for Ronald Mcdonald Charity House when ordering on the app! I end up digging for change to drop in when I get there because I can’t do it on the app. It would be convenient, and would probably help raise donations!

    Cindy and her team are always so courteous and friendly! The food is always fresh and prompt. I love going to her restaurant at Greenfield and Southern in mesa.

    This makes things so much faster when I am out working for door dash ! I know times are hard for the whole world especially fast food workers so thank you for keep showing up. The mayfield store is the friendliest in all of Cleveland !

    The app seems to have basic functionality but could be more user friendly and quicker. The rewards program needs a refresh. Cant fully use all rewards when I need to.

    So yeah this app is good but if I wanted to use a deal in the drive thru and accidentally clicked use in restaurant. I clicked remove then tried to use the deal again in drive thru but it said I had to wait 15 minutes. Now listen I’m not paying $4 for a McDonald’s frappe. I think it’s crazy to pay $5 for a local coffee shop’s frappuchino but definitely not $4 for a McDonald’s frappe. The deal which makes it $1 I think is worth it however. So now I’m sitting in the McDoland’s parking lot waiting for my deals to refresh.

    We regularly go to two different McDonalds that are around 50 miles from each other, and are not related whatsoever. However, it shows Big Breakfast with steak and Big Breakfast with steak and hotcakes, as available. However, when you add the items, the app states they are unavailable and will not allow me to order unless I remove them. Given that I’ve had the hotcakes and steak twice, this doesn’t appear to be a supply issue with the steak. This sounds like a software issue. Especially given that I can order a big breakfast with hotcakes and steaks at the kiosk at one of the locations. Before you give me a template response about stores and managers, please be aware that I have tried this with every McDonald’s store in College Station, TX; Hearne, TX; Rockdale, TX; and Caldwell, TX (n=15). All have the same issue, and I doubt they have the same management. I would appreciate genuine attention to this matter.
