    Storm8 closes all help tickets with the response that they don’t respond to individual requests for help. The game crashes constantly and cheats you out of your purchase. Storm8 is made up of crooks!

    Every other time I try a level, there’s another add. Long, unskippable ads that force you to tap around just to get it over with. It ruins any joy I can get from this game.

    I have been playing this game for years and I am currently on level 889.recently in the middle of a game, the App will glitch and close out and when I go back into the game I have lost the life. This keeps happening on multiple occasions. I have contacted support multiple times and they keep doing nothing. I’m about to uninstall the game and quit for good.

  • PLEASE add a method for resetting the game and starting over!

    Update: the app hasn’t been updated in over two years and now crashes in the middle or at the end of every single turn. It’s now unplayable. Such a shame because it was a good game. I have been playing this game daily since I think 2016? It’s my favorite game. Unfortunately, i have gotten so far along in levels that it’s so hard and not any fun anymore. I have tried everything I can find online for how to completely reset a game app and somehow this app always knows that I’m on level 1659. I just want to start over or else I will have to find a different game!

    This game crashes in the middle of a game, blanks out, but it will still take your money to buy gems. Hasn’t been updated in over two years.

    A very cute little game, visually cute and fun and the game play is fun and interesting but right now it keeps crashing after every play.

    This game used to be fun. Then they made it so that you would have to watch an ad every three or four plays. Then, now, the game just shuts off and you not only lose that game, you lose that “life. It is now frustrating and I have just deleted the app. They’re really going to lose customers if they don’t FIX THE BUGS!!!

    Some levels take weeks to get past. No good way to earn rewards to help with those levels.

  • Ads that offer gems but won’t close

    I have complained multiple times about this issue. You have an offer to watch ads for gems that I use for more turns but there is no way to close the ad and get the reward. I don’t know what this does for you. If you don’t want to give the gems don’t have the offer it’s just mean. Otherwise you would have 5 stars but you don’t deserve it if you like to lie!
