    I have a relatively healthy diet and lifestyle, my biggest problem is snacking, and I can’t lose weight because of this. I snack too much, too often, and it’s hard for me to choose healthier snacks. I started using all the tools mindea offers to deal with cravings and it works most of the time! Yeah, I still have to restrain myself sometimes but overall hunger management became much easier (because now I know that it’s not always true hunger!)

    Honestly, I didn’t truly believe that a mind focused app can help me lose weight but was intrigued by the ads and got it. And I'm surprised as I actually see results. Of course, I haven’t lost a lot of weight as I’ve been using it for a week only but I’ve already managed to skip almost all sweet snacks I usually have after lunch and dinner, and I know this significantly reduces the amount of calories I consume daily. Btw, you don’t have to calculate calories as the app relies on intuitive eating or mindful eating. I like the app so far and will see where it gets me.

    I purchased for one month to try it out. Decided it wasn’t for me. Made sure there would be no recurring charges on all info I was given…but got charged $40 and can’t get them to reverse it. Even if the app was good for me I’d cancel after this. So frustrating!!

    I hate diets because when I have any food limits and restrictions, all I can think about is the food I can’t have, and it drives me nuts. And Mindea way is very different. It doesn’t restrict or ban anything but rather helps me understand why I overeat and what to do with it. It somehow calms me down, comforts me and helps me stay focused on the bigger picture rather than make a big deal out of my occasional cheat meals or skipped workouts

    I’ve heard about this mindful approach to eating and needed help implementing it from my friend. Mindea gives you lots of information about this approach but also the info is personalized to my specific problem.Another thing I really appreciate is no-pressure, no-judgement approach.I almost stopped feeling guilty when I slip up and overeat which makes me feel much better about myself overall!
