    I appreciate this app allowing me to view my favorite artists, but I don’t like that I need to pay for lives. So silly. Weverse allows us to view artists’ lives without paying extra. What is the purpose if paying a membership fee!

    i do not get notified for lives i'm paying for despite numerous attempts to fix settings in app and in my phone settings. i have also redownloaded the app a handful of times with no luck. please fix this!

    paying for a membership and then paying to see live videos and messages for an additional fee PER MEMBER when the app doesn't even send notifs (yes i've checked in-app and in settings to see if notifs are on) so i miss everything that i am literally paying for.

    I am a user who pays for majority of the things, in which I have zero problem with. But the only downfall is TRANSLATIONS!! There is barely any translations, plus even if there is then it's inaccurate. It's to the point I decipher most things myself.

    This app is useless for international fans who cannot translate to their native languages in order to communicate with ateez. Why isn’t their a translation option? I will not purchase this apps membership unless changes are done. Also the membership price is too expensive.

    Very unusable app because of how many separate purchases there are. Very inaccessible? Every single thing is behind a paywall so the free context left over is very lackluster and not enjoyable. It is too expensive to justify. If everything was one price or the prices were lower, this app would be much more enjoyable and usable.

    charging for monthly subscription on top of the membership subscription that clearly stated we will have certain benefits on an app that has so many bug issues and problems is not okay.

    It’s easy to catch up Artists’s latest schedules & updated contents. If you already have the membership on bstage, you can login with same ID & password so you don’t have to pay membership fee twice. Also membership includes 1month free pop-talk (PM, voice msg & face cam) experience.

    Translations are added but it’s not as accurate nor does it generate properly for example during the lives the translation generator doesn’t work for me at all and the live chats aren’t as accurate either
