    My lg smart tv is up to date and so is my Netflix. I followed all the requirements and it doesn’t even work. Why?!

    It’s obviously still a work in progress but it is a fantastic idea and great when the app actually connects to the TV. I’m running iOS 17.4 on my iPhone 13 and it was able to connect once, but no longer :( I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. But! My sister’s phone is a new model running the same iOS and it connects 100% of the time. Like I said, it’s still got some kinks that need to be ironed out, but once they are I’ll be playing a lot more

    Fantastic idea from Netflix and I can’t wait to try it but it’s not working -very sad :(. I'm having the same problem as everyone else - I downloaded the app then scanned the QR code and it tells me to open the app and once I press the button “open app” it brings me to back to the App Store. It’s stuck in a loop. I’m using LG and iPhone— I will definitely redo this review and give five stars once this is fixed because this is awesome!!

    it doesn’t even let ur phone connect to become the controller. it just says follow instructions on screen to connect and all it does is bring you to the app store to download the app 🤷‍♀️
