    I like playing on this app . However, whoever is working in the withdrawal department today. They are extremely slow in processing withdrawals to the bank accounts. I normally get my withdrawals immediately. Whoever this group of people is need to get removed immediately. Because, they are taking their time getting withdrawals completed. Other apps, like Borgata, Ballys, Draft Kings etc. Your withdrawals are sent back to your account less than an hour.

    Over $800 deposited over several occasions. No bonuses and every spin on any slots has this weird skip or glitch to it. Multiple time I have seen all bonus symbols and then that weird skip happens and they are gone. One BIG SCAM! Never seen a more terrible app or such unfair game play..

    I enjoy playing the slots but not on this app must have put in over $500. No playtime just takes your money every once in a while you may get a small hit very small. so I switched to a different app better at least I played for hours and not constantly dropping in money

    I really tried to like this app but overall it’s not good. My reels skip and games randomly glitch out. I had massive issues logging in and out with the log in often just locking up. Unfortunately I have to tap out. On another note, payouts not good but not as bad as some others. Average at best. Jackpocket gave it a shot but it falls way short compared to some others.

    I deposited $100 for the 100% match, unaware of the requirement of terms that require you to bet 10x the initial deposit before you can withdraw any of YOUR OWN INITIAL DEPOSIT. I would totally understand not being able to withdrawal the bonus credit, but my account now has $300 and I cannot withdraw a penny. I have bet THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, (sometimes gaining and sometimes losing, but now at the $300 balance with no further deposits) on Roulette and am still showing only 24% accrual for the credit. I should be well past the 10x requirement and again, cannot withdraw a penny. I have contacted the support email and they keep sending the same generic email telling me to read the terms and conditions, which I have read and met.

    The app constantly logs me out during game play and then I have to close the app completely and log into thru Jacketpocket to get back into the casino app. Then making a deposit , the ring just spins and spins to the point I, again, have to close the app and open back thru jacketpocket. So far, not so good.
