    I thought this would be too easy, but it feels good . I just add a little walking to the routine. I upped the difficulty of my routines, and I feel my flexibility increasing!! I am so glad I found this app. It is helping me to stay in great shape so I can play with my granddaughters.

    This app is a lot better than I expected. I am a 75+ male who works out a lot. However I have knee and shoulder issues that after doing a series of these exercises once a day I have found less stiffness or soreness and increased flexibility. They may look like too easy of exercises but try them and you will see how good they are
