    Information never up-to-date.
  • I did NOT give this 4 stars. It’s a 3!

I pressed THREE 3 and they changed it to 4 stars! Aside from the fake star review, I don’t like that I am often looking at old information and that it differs greatly when I go my other score resources. (I am totally aware of the different types of score reports, btw). I HATE that they rerouted me to the Turbo Tax site which has MANY software issues this year. It was free for several years. They told me it would be free when they rerouted me lady year. It was NOT. It’s even more expensive this year and they made some MAJOR errors. I had to have a local person redo my taxes.
  • Lost control of personal finances. Where’s the cash graph & monthly spend details?

1 star until we get a graph to see cash balance fluctuations, and the ability to understand month-by-month spending details. I’ve lost control of my personal finance expenses since I moved from Mint to CreditKarma. Sad.

I can’t add mortgage company which is an essential part. This make my net worth absolutely incorrect and brings to zero all my efforts entering other data. 😡😤🤬😖😠👿😾🗯️

How can a card need attention when it’s got a zero balance?
  • Mint was better

Being forced to move to Credit Karma was very unfortunate. The new app is nothing but ads for new credit cards and personal loans. Mint had advertisements of course, but they were not in your face. The most important thing was seeing my finances all in one place. The people at Credit Karma are greedy and manipulative. It’s a good thing I’m not dumb enough to sign up for any of the ‘amazing’ offers the app shoves down my throat.

Anyone struggling to get ahead because of their credit report or lack of saving know how, needs credit karma. It took a little time but all the knowledge they provide has helped me retire n time. AA

I likes Mint much better. It showed you your finances at a glance. All credit Karma does is advertise credit cards and only shows a limited on spending.
