    Why are you charging me, when my tv isn’t playing , cause I don’t have the internet, for my tv.I know that you know when people are watching or using the Roku . I have a Roku tv.

    I have 3 tvs in my house and this app won’t let me connect to 1! It’s irritating. My internet is working just fine it’s high speed but yet the only app I have trouble with is this one. They claim to fix bugs and issues but they don’t.

    I can’t believe the highway robbery of Disney electro charges I found when my kids rent a free video on Disney plus. $15 for this?!! I can’t believe it. Take it off Roku!!

    I decided to try this since they were running a 3 day free trial. I basically only downloaded it because I lost my remote and needed to turn it off before bed. Well, the following morning I woke up to a $39.99 charge (the anual amount)!! Now I have to call and try to get them to refund my money since obviously some sort of technical malfunction occurred. 0/10.

    I’ve had the same phone and TV for 2 years now. The remote would always work, minus a few headphone mode issues. But now, over the past day, it will not work on my phone. It isn’t a WiFi issue, it isn’t a “restart devices issue” (as I have done that multiple times)… it just simply won’t connect my phone to the TV. It won’t even show my TV on the devices to connect to.

    It’s so cool I can connect my phone to my TV when I can’t find my remote I can use my phone the only bad thing is I gave it a 4 cus it would be so cool if you can click a button, then the remote will make a beep that will be cool but it’s so cool who ever made this give them a raise
