    I continue to get notifications from the app for promotions and deals although I have ensured that I have opted out of all of these things. I’m tempted to delete the app so I stop getting notifications on my phone.

    So I booked tickets to go see my grandchildren in Seattle. I decided that I was going to go ahead and try to use the Expedia app because when I did a search for cheap flights, it seemed that Expedia had a pretty good deal on my departure and return flights, I booked the flight and unfortunately I was not paying attention and I thought the date I typed in was the 29th. It was actually the 22nd. I tried to go back into the app and it said it was too early to make changes so I waited a day and a half and then I went back to the app to make a change on my departure out of Seattle by seven days to extend my trip to two weeks. I went to the area on the app to make the changes and talked to the virtual representative and after some unusual discussion, an actual person came on and asked me what was I trying to do. I then asked them can you not see what I have typed on the previous communication exchange thread above. They then read what I had said and I asked them that the only change I wanted to make was to change my departure flight from Seattle. The date only I also said I am not willing to pay any change fees to process or whatever and if you can’t do that, just let me know and I will be happy to just cancel the entire flight and I’ll find my own flights. I was told that I would wait seven minutes for them to get back after about 17 minutes. They came back on and said there would be $100 flight charge to make the change. I think them for their help and I said I am not going to pay $100 well exactly $99 to make a change of the date, so my first experience with Expedia was not well. I will give it one more shot before. I actually cancel that app off of my phone. Thanks for listening, but after buying flights for over 50 years being in the US Army for 10 years, I’ve had a better success of getting my own flights and saving money than I have with any of the travel apps

    This hotel surpassed all of my expectations. From the moment we arrived all our needs were met by professional, efficient and friendly staff. The hotel is beautiful, luxurious and smells fantastic. The turndown service with slipper's left at my bedside, water bottle and sweet treat was the icing on the cake! Don’t miss this first class service.

    Very poor customer service. Messed up reservation. On my reservation they do not have my email or my phone number. Phone number shows only nine digits when it is supposed to be 10. it is a nightmare, trying to have things resolved with Expedia customer service Do not reply to emails. Will never use Expedia again in my life.
