This app is for AT&T landline voicemail, not mobile phone voicemail. Make sure you have your AT&T home voicemail PIN prior to downloading this app. Voicemail Viewer makes it easier to stay on top of your Voicemail or Unified Messaging voicemail messages directly from your iOS device. Like looking at messages in your email inbox, you can check your AT&T Voicemail messages visually, choosing the order in which you listen to them or even reading your messages as voicemail-to-text.     The app is a disaster. It crashes all the time. Now, when I start it, my phone number is empty and it won't let me enter it.

    I regret updating the app recently because now after years of using this app without any problems, I can no longer play the voicemail on my iPad. pressing the play button does nothing. And the transcription is extremely poor quality, so the app is nearly useless now.

    Unable login to retrieve my messages. In addition doesn’t recognize PIN number or allow to reset pin :(

    My wireless and home phone voice mail have a shared mailbox. When a message is left in the mailbox, the app vibrates the phone and I can read a transcription of the message and delete without needing to dial and log into the mailbox over the phone. So convenient, thanks AT&T!

    It’s a serious question. For the developers, have you used this app with your own home voicemail. If you haven’t, you should. Then you’d understand the reviews.

    This app delivers messages hours to days late without any notification. It is not reliable and it should be updated. ATT charges you the most but wont allocate any revenue towards fixing and updating their apps.

    I haven’t been to access my messages in over a year. Called support and they didn’t help at all and really didn’t care to fix anything. Awful service.
