    I paid money through bank . It took several emails snd complaint to get access. My expectation is immediate accees when I subscribe.

    A good app for reading news. But, I have barely installed it on a new device and it wants a review. And it keeps sending meaningless notifications. And prompting you via email to read news. And trying to get you to look at it. Cut it out. You got my money. I will read news when I want to. Just sit quietly.

    The main problem while reading this e paper is that even an inadvertent touch on the article takes the reader to another view. It’s very much annoying and irritating. If one needs to go for that view should do a conscious touch like a double tap.

    Just bought subscription, the app keeps crashing on my phone as soon as I open . iPhone 15 iOS 17.1

  • Bought an annual subscription but the app shows I don’t have any subscription

    Bought an annual subscription 4 months ago and when I go to the app now, it shows I do not have any subscription. So, they basically took the money for a year and actually want me to buy another subscription after 4 months.. The app is a scam being run by one of the most prestigious newspapers of India.

  • App just crashes; completely useless

    The app just crashes and is completely useless. Tapping on the login button makes it crash. No updates for more than 10 months. The app doesn’t work on iPad either. I paid for a subscription but will not be renewing.

  • Article is not loading..please fix the issues

    Please update the app . When I choose an article to read it just shows it is loading for infinite times.. Today is 11th May 2022 still same issues with the app no more updates… Still counting.. On 27th August the problem is not solved yet.. I request Apple to please discontinue this app.. Thanks

    One suggestion would be to collapse tool bars found on top and bottom. It doesn’t need to be visible all the time. It takes up valuable viewing space especially in phones in landscape orientation. Will be great if you release a similar version of app for Frontline and sports star :)
