    This app makes sense, if you can set aside the time to do it everyday. The dance has different levels depending on your dance ability and was pretty easy to use. I didn’t have the time or energy to get 30 minutes done on my lunch break and then also make into the gym, one had to give. I went through the App Store and believed I had cancelled the subscription only to get a 63 dollar charge 3 months after signing up, because apparently I hadn’t ended the subscription properly. I contacted them as soon as the charge had gone through and explained the mistake, to which I was told, its in their terms, and it probably is. It was just really disappointing that their was no grace or understanding in that I obviously don’t use their app, and also caught the mistake immediately. Can’t do anything else about it, and realize it’s a human error, but still has left a horrible taste in my mouth. So if and when you decide to cancel, go through the settings button in your app and click through canceling until you find a screen allowing you to cancel and then screen shot the confirmation of a “cancelled” status… for your records. Consider yourself warned.

    Don’t overstate your skill level. A lot of steps to learn quickly! But it is fun and definitely got my heart rate up and my muscles burning by the end of the 2nd workout.

    I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE Dancebit. I couldn’t wait to see what the next dance I would do. Unfortunately, I can’t afford the monthly pmt AND I TOTALLY forgot to cancel my subscription so, yes, a charge keeps trying to hit my account but there’s no money there anyway so… I SO wish I could afford it. That’s the ONLY way I’ll exercise. I appreciate the opportunity and I had so much fun! Thanks!

    Cancellation is NOT easy and they do not give you a heads up like they claim in other review. I cannot understand how they can charge such an outrageous price for this when you can get better videos for free on YouTube! I feel cheated and taken advantage of and customer service’s insensitive and patronizing responses just make it worse.

    I signed up with the understanding that it was 39.00. Period. So far I’ve been charged 54.36, 11.99, and 21.18. I injured my knee and can no longer dance so I would like to get refund for 86.00. Ridiculously expensive for this.

    My niece downloaded this work out app on my phone and purchased 2 subscriptions. When I found out (early) I contacted the subscriber to receive a refund and to cancel the subscription in which they are refusing to refund. She is 11, was visiting me in Georgia at my home for spring break and is now back home in Philadelphia. I do not think I should have to be out of $100. If it was just the trail payment I would not be so upset but to be charged $100. is insane to me. I am on a fixed income and this puts me in a bad position. Now I’m getting the run around because there telling me to go thur Apple to get my money back. Do your research before getting involved with these apps. If an 11yr can be so confused to buying not one but 2 subscription within minutes of each other is crazy and sad. I’ve been a customer of apple since the very first computer. I’ve never had any issues like this!!!! Very upset right now!!!

    BE VERY CAREFUL AND DO NOT PURCHASE. I CANCELLED A 6 month subscription with documentation to emails that I did so, and they changed it via their “policy“ to a one month without my knowledge and continue to charge me for two months after therefore stealing $100 plus from my account. The dancers are awful. They’re from another country and you can barely understand them and the customer service is awful. I employ you to look at reviews on trust pilot as well as other places besides here because they are thieves. If there were negative stars, I’d give them that awful people working for them. I don’t know how they sleep at night stealing from innocent customers. Please keep scrolling!!!!

    I bought it just for 1 week... tried and didn't like... after 1and half month they charged me fully... they could send me the email notification or smth that they would charge me... every normal app does it, because they care about customers, but these don't, cause they are on squeezing money form customers...I tried to unsubscribe but couldn't, then deleted the app, and then sadly i forgot about this useless app, once more i'm saying that they could send the notification on email, like others do... Don't get in their trap...
