    main thing is having the discipline to keep stretching, and this app makes that happen by encouraging you to stretch at least once a day, and providing simple, short routines that make you feel like you accomplished a good stretch

    This app is fine. It has plenty of stretches and reminds you to stretch. In my opinion, I think to would be worth the cost if it included video demonstrations of the stretches and/or audio instructions. I’m completely new to a lot of them so having to pause, read the instructions, get back into position then hit play is a bit of a challenge.

    This app has been really looking why you need for your experience and I can see how. It wants to know how your looking for, any pains you have, and more! From seeing this, I believe it would be a good app. I’m excited to try it!

    I love all the routine options there are. Bend has helped me stay on track with my stretches and exercises! The daily streak is a great tool that has helped me stay on track.
