    I have a total of 225 photos on my Portal and it shows the same 20 photos over and over and over and over….

    I downloaded this app because the remote to my portal stopped working and this was my only option to be able to use my portal. The remote on the app doesn’t work either and since this has been discontinued it unfortunately means that my portal is a dud.

    This App shuts down as soon as I click on it. We loved using our portal to video chat with our grandbaby but can’t seem to do much of anything else with it. Meta needs to make this right! What a waste of money! It only worked right a couple months after we purchased it. 😡

    A daily call is set up by my 97 year old Mother’s care givers, and it feels like we are together. We are in different states, and the distance disappears while we share on our Portals. I can’t imagine a day without it. When we aren’t talking she can watch slide shows of photos. She can enjoy YouTube or Spotify. We love it! Sharing videos was special. There are so many special features and apps, surely something for everyone!

  • Unable to Upload Photos

    This app used to be great, enabling me to upload pictures directly from my Shared Library photos. However now with this latest update I’m unable to upload photos directly from my iPhone’s Photo app. Now I have to sign onto Portal and manually select photos I’ve saved directly on my iPhone (instead of Shared Library). Can this bug be fixed??

    The app could do so much more just doing the bare minimum Spotify integration is super weak for example too much bound to the phone Not enough app available So really weak app
