Use PS Remote Play to access your PS5™ or PS4™ wherever you go. With PS Remote Play, you can: • Display the PlayStation®5 or PlayStation®4 screen on your mobile device. • Use the on-screen controller on your mobile device to control your PS5 or PS4. • Connect your DUALSHOCK®4 wireless controller. • Connect your DualSense™ wireless controller to mobile devices with iOS 14.5/iPadOS 14.5 or later installed. • Connect your DualSense Edge™ wireless controller to mobile devices with iOS 16.4/iPadOS 16.4 or later installed. • Join voice chats using the mic on your mobile device. • Enter text on your PS5 or PS4 using the keyboard on your mobile device. To use this app, you need the following: • A mobile device with iOS 14/iPadOS 14 or later installed • A PS5 or PS4 console with the latest system software version • An account for PlayStation Network • A fast and stable internet connection When using mobile data: • Depending on your carrier and network conditions, you may not be able to use Remote Play. • Remote Play uses a lot more data than most video streaming services.     I tried connecting to my ps5 away from home with my iPhone 14 Pro Max with 5g at 400 mps. Kept saying connection wasn’t strong enough to connect?!

    As a long time gamer myself, I recently upgrade to ps5 and i needed to figure out how to take it on the go. That’s when i found ps remote play!!! It’s perfect for grinding like if your going to an esports event or just playing on the go. Sony thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I got the app shortly after getting my ps5 back in December. It worked perfect for about a month then it would stop connecting saying there was a connection issue but I have tried everything possible to better the connection and nothing has helped. This app is truly broken!

    When I try switch my controller on my phone to my ps5 controller it glitches and then says “You’ve lost connection to your ps5.”

    On same network, next to my PS5, which is next to the wireless mesh node, and it won’t connect no matter what I do. Says it doesn’t have access to my local network and to enable it in settings, but there’s nowhere to enable it in settings. The app doesn’t even show up in the list in settings. It also won’t connect via mobile data if I try that way.

    Over all this is a great game for a man who is on the go a lot, however I have a few bones to pick with it. For one the mouse is broken for pc mode. If you don’t know, when connecting to a pc, remote play will hook up a custom key bind set for your game, however that sometimes includes clicking in some way, which unfortunately is broken. You see for some reason remote play refuses to connect a mouse, even though it will connect a keyboard. The other thing I have to say is that the game is very glitchy when using this. Now don’t get me wrong, I understand why that is, however it seems like it needs to have absolutely flawless internet connection in order to work at full resolution without any problems. Other then that, this is an absolute necessity to any ps gamer.

    I don’t know what’s wrong with your app, but every time I connect to it on my tablet or phone and hook up to my PlayStation 4 i’ll be in the same room and it keeps popping up with the icon telling me that there’s something wrong with the Internet even though there’s nothing wrong with my internet and it lags so much

    Fast sinking to my ps5 I use the backbone controller with iPhone 15 plus. And when I’m home and not in my game room with the ps5 I downloaded the app to my android tv in my bedroom and sink my ps5 controller and it works flawlessly. It’s like having another ps5 in the house. Only downside is I can’t figure out how to game chat thru the speaker/mic on the tv or the ps5 controller only can use the keyboard to respond back.
