    We stayed there a year a go we we’re ready to go back but we were surprised to see there was no slide and they didn’t want to turn the hot tub on

    If I could give less than 1 star I would. My husband and I booked a VRBO home in South Florida for a trip just over a month ago. When we arrived, the home was filthy and a far cry from the photos listed. We immediately contacted VRBO and informed them of the issue and that we would not be staying at the home or using any of the disgusting facilities. The pool was dirty, all the pool furniture was thrown around the deck and covered in bird poop, the interior of the home looked like someone lived there, dusty, weird foods on counters and in the fridge, the beds were poorly made and everything was musty. We left and I scrambled to find us a hotel. We took dozens of photos before we left and sent them to VRBO. Now 30+ days later and there is no communication or refund. We constantly reach out and are told sorry but we are working on a resolution. There is nothing to work on. The house was trash and it’s time to give us our money back. In addition, VRBO allowed the owner to charge an additional last minute fee for what he called an additional guest fee. It was literally my husband, myself, and 2 kids. No extra people. No party. We were there a max of 20 minutes. I will never use this service or recommend.

    I have been a host for 5 years and I used to get a few booking through this site, but for the last 2 years every single request to book has been a scam. This platform needs to clean up their process, ridiculous how many scammers they allow

    Price changed when I clicked from one page to the next. At times it gave me credit for my onekey cash and at others it did not. Also kept getting errors that said “sorry, try again.” Called customer service; the person was nice but hard to understand and she had trouble understanding me.

    Wouldn’t recommend booking through here. Booked a vacation. It was confirmed and we paid in full. A month later they changed the dates of our booking. Go with Air BnB.

    Location was good although on a busy street. Parking was difficult because the driveway was short, the cutout from the road was barely wide enough to accommodate a car. There was a garage but unless you had a golf cart, nothing else would fit . Initial 2 days was spent allowing workmen In to change lightbulbs , wash the furniture and rug and have a deep cleaning done to try to ameliorate the odors from previous animal habitation. We could not use the house for several hours . Icemaker did not work . The faucet handle in the kitchen sink was very lose. The bedding for the master bed was old and dirty to where we had to wash the bedding before use. The house was secure. Landlord was responsive . I wonder if the cleaning and repairs could have been done vs
