EseeCloud(IP Pro, VR Cam)

I’ve used it for a while and it’s been so great and amazing so far!

Device help gives a web address that brings a person here, that is not help. The hardware demands a wired internet as ‘network card not found’; but it is wired directly to wireless router, what gives? How about some help?

Works 50% of the time, constantly offline.

I don’t know if I’m the only one with this problem but every time I open the app and wanna see my cameras the loading takes for ever to open it and I have to exit out and go back on the app if this was to be fixed itd be awesome

As a real-time surveillance camera, it’s incredibly annoying. I have it set up in my store linked to my tablet, and every time I want to check the screen, I have to walk over and click again. It’s infuriating. I spent money expecting a convenient camera to help me monitor situations, not something that adds burdensome trouble. “

Trying to configure and fix settings on camera system and nothing is loading, please fix issues.

Brought in 2021 it’s 2024 2 cameras stop working the reset button doesn’t work to get them back up and running. I will not purchase any of EseeCloud products again. Don’t buy warranty on product ran out. I would give 5 stars for the system if the other cameras worked.

Hello can you please fix the event issue. It doesn’t show any alarms or events on the app. Can’t see when there is any movement

Last week there was an update and this app stopped working?? I have had no issues for the past 5 years but now it won’t load and constantly crashes!! I have this app on my PC which I did not update and I have no issues and can still view cameras fine. Why was there an update? Everything worked great but now I can’t view cameras on my mobile at all. Please fix this issue or go back to the way it was. If it’s not broke don’t fix it!! Please fix!!!
