    Do not download this app at any moment they will tell you that you are not able to withdraw and therefore you will lose everything that you have in there then when you try to get help, they will tell you a bunch of lies and beat around the bush and blame all of it on your side. This is not only happening to me currently but to many people that are losing money. This site screams scam and there are so many others out there like kracken and acorns. I will never invest with this company again after losing money. This is just to warn you, so you do not have to go through what I just went through.

    I cannot buy any crypto because it keeps tellling me either A) FRAUD or B) Unknown Error or C) some long code that doesn’t help me at all. Literally cannot do anything on this app and it’s pissing off beyond belief.

    I’ve been having issues with authenticating my app. I followed all the steps until the end where you enter your authentication code. The continue button freezes and will not let me send the code off. After 2 years this is the only thing I’m having a issue with. So I’m unable to withdraw any funds.

    It’s clearly mentioned to deposit 50$ or more in FIAT for unlocking rewards, I deposited more than 300$ in FIAT from my bank account and also transferred USDC from my coinbase account but the reward never unlocked, tried reaching the customer care 3-4 times, each time they say that I need to deposit in FIAT which I already did and there’s no proper agent with knowledge, they simply point us to some FAQ’s which even have the same information and I followed everything right. The only reason why I joined here is that they support more crypto than coinbase otherwise my goto will be coinbase. Please improve yourself.
