    Truly love this app and the workouts are so challenging in the best way. A few suggestions I have that would make the experience so much better is: - Having the option once you’ve started and are in an Active workout to back out and see all of the exercises for that day. In the gym, you may not be able to go exactly in order based on availability of the machine at that time so it’s not a great experience having to click the arrows to actually see all of the exercises once it’s going. Maybe even the option to reorder too would be helpful. - Exercises that need to have each side done should be separated by each side, rather than just one workout slide saying to perform each side… that has been pretty confusing for me. - I’ve noticed it automatically reduces my music when I start the workout or app; it would be great if the volume of the music trumps the app so we can hear that beat while working out. Again, really great app and love that it encompasses so much. Hoping to see it reach its full potential! 💪🏼

    🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 As an ex Olympic lifter and power lifter who was obsessed with legs- I’ve not done any upper body work in YEARS. In fact - my work out is usually 10x10 squats, or 10x10 dead lifts. When I’m fit, I incorporate the snatch as well. Ive been so busy and my accountability isn’t great. I hate the gym/ and I have my Olympic bar, plates, and dumbbells, a squat rack and a bench. I’m 1 week into this app and ITS AMAZING! My body is sore like I just started working out for the first time, all over again. Because of my fitness (I also cycle 40-50 miles most days of the week and do a lot of endurance) I do 2 GROUNDS workouts every day I lift. So back to back for my “lifts” because 1 doesn’t feel enough for the goals I have. I wasn’t planning on using the macros but I am and it’s very helpful with me being ketovore. It’s nice to know what I’m getting and it’s easy to log meals. I am obsessed with letting the app know what equipment I have and them assigning the workout accordingly. BRILLIANT!

    I’m a huge fan of this app! It’s super convenient to have so many great features in one app. For the app being fairly new, it’s organized, easy to navigate and aesthetically pleasing. You can tell there was a lot of thought put into this app. 👏🏽
  • First day, but notice some hardships

    I am new to using apps. It would be helpful if I could pause the workout to go back and review other things while keeping my current workout on pause. I had to stop and exit to go back and review the equipment I would need and then I had to start over and fast forward to the part of the workout I left off on. Also, if it’s possible to see the video of the upcoming workout rather than just the photo during the rest period, that way we can mentally prepare for the moves we will be doing. As it currently is, it goes from rest right into the workout and I have to figure out what I’m doing and then start the timer over.

    Love the app and that there are so many different workouts to choose from! My reason to take one star off is when I pause the workout to get to another site temporarily, it doesn’t let me resume the workout to where I was, instead it restarts the whole app and I have to go searching through and swipe through exercises to get to where I was at in the workout. Also I would love to change the reps to show where I failed on the workout. Lastly, it would be nice to make notes during the workout and to change out the exercises during the workout should the original exercise become difficult to do. It’s minor things that would make this app go a long way. But overall, great material!
