Taco Bell Fast Food & Delivery

Currently dealing with an “invalid payment method” bug despite using 3 different payment methods. I’ve had issues with payments in this app for over 2 years now in varying forms, and i don’t truly understand why this app is so bad. It’s seriously one of the most frustrating apps to use. Please consult a UX/UI designer

App staff had my old review removed. The app STILL won't let me pay...had to log in on my laptop and RE DO my ENTIRE ORDER without access to my "Favorites" (what the actual...why isn't your cart saved to your account, and why can't you get to your favorites on desktop??? And WHY CAN'T THE APP JUST WORK SO I DON'T HAVE TO ASK?????) after over a month, so...still not fixed, guys. The same apple pay and same credit cards that wouldn't work in this app did work on the browser website. Ridiculous. If my younger relatives didn't have their hearts set on it, I would've just quit out in frustration again...what is the POINT of having a FOOD APP that DOESN'T LET YOU BUY FOOD????? This happened on the lastest version of the app as of 2024 May 2nd.

I’ll order a product that’s $7 to to check out and total says $17 and whenever I’m ordering a combo I’m up charge for a extra drink this is insane. How the app doesn’t work anymore.

The last 2 weeks my app will not let me push my order through. I keep getting the message that ordering is not available at this location. I tried several times I called the restaurant and they told me that they have nothing to do with the App. If I can’t order on the app then I will switch to Taco John’s

Had no problem ordering before update. Just did update and can’t order anything anymore. Just say oh no there’s a problem with your cart but won’t say what’s wrong. Thanks that’s very helpful. Fix your stuff!

App won’t let me place a mobile order so I can get an online exclusive deal because “the store is closing soon.” Except they close in over an hour. 🚮

Look you guys. I’ve given you a lot of slack; a lot. It’s been years now. Years. Of tolerating something that we both know is just weird; the bell sound. That brash, music-interrupting, ear-splitting noise that sounds like a doorbell from 1993. I mean, is it really necessary? Is it?! All the other apps give the user that rightful grace!

At multiple Taco Bells, it seems like when I order at the drive thru and ask for no ice, they almost never mess it up. But when I order on the app, that gets messed up almost every time. But oddly enough it’s still listed on the receipt they give me. I also noticed changing locations could mess up some of my selections, such as the soft taco supreme upgrade going away and changing to individually adding tomatoes and sour cream, making it more expensive, or that no ice customization disappearing.

When it works, this app offers great deals and allows you to order ahead and beat the lines in the store. Be sure to choose in-store pickup as the drive-thru is usually packed. But most of the time, the app doesn’t work properly so I give up and go to Del Taco, Taco Cabana, etc.

even if you use the app to order, they’re going to mess it up, and it’s gonna take you a long time to get your food, might as well order in person. Also, you can’t get your money back from the restaurant after they screwed up if you use the app to order. seems like a scam.
