    Recently HOV lane has been added to my navigation when driving. Vehicle type is set to private, electric vehicle is turned off and no HOV/passes are selected to be removed.

    I love the app. Was a long time Google Maps guy and reluctant to make the switch. After a week or two of use, I couldn’t believe I didn’t switch sooner. I also like how you don’t have to have an address plugged in and still able to get all the traffic alerts.

    Reporting: A recent update removed the option to report animals on the side of the road, and roadkill. This was definitely useful and I hope they bring it back!! User interface: They also recently changed the layout of different report options and while I understand they’re trying to make things easier to report while driving, I had gotten used to where the buttons were so I used to not need to look at my phone to report something. But now it feels like it requires more of my attention since the buttons are all in different places. Would’ve preferred smaller changes over a longer period of time. ETA/Best routes: I feel like recently my ETAs have been less and less accurate and I don’t know why. I have ‘personalized ETA’ switched on and it used to be very very accurate. It has been taking me on routes that end up adding time to my drive as well. All in all, I am NOT happy with recent updates. I used to love this app and would use it for my everyday commutes to avoid any unexpected traffic, but now Apple Maps seems to be a better option. Hope they fix things soon!

  • Consistently bad directions

    This app does not know how to give you directions to the left side of the street. it’s so weird that the only directions I can give you is going around the block when you can just turn left.

  • Taking the fun out of the app

    This last update screwed up my shared voices. Now I get a default voice and not my downloaded voice when I start my drive. Some of us like to listen to other voices and not the default ones. This is what made Waze the best Traffic/GPS. Now you are taking it away? Allow us to use our downloaded/custom voices! I submitted 3 tickets and no one has responded.

  • Freezing when setting it to go home

    regular user here. It never works when I try to set it to go home; it always freezes the screen, and it's necessary to close the app. This issue started after the last update. I've been a loyal Waze driver for more than 14 years, and this has never happened before. I drive 200 miles a day, and I hope you guys get it fixed soon.

    The voice stop working on the app. Can you fix the bug. Other than that the app is great

    My family and I love Waze! We all have it on our phones. I love all the new voice options. Makes drives more enjoyable. I do, however, wish there was a way to disable when on AppleCarPlay. When I am just running to the store and not using the app at all, I don’t need a notification where the railroad tracks are.
