    Great sounds when working, pain in the butt when it randomly disconnects for no reason. I do not have router issues or power issue to any of the speakers and I own the arc, sub, and e300 backs won’t be buying any more products

    Since it first became available, Sonos has been my way to stream music from my large library m my computer. It has always been reliable and well supported. The app works great but beware of the upcoming update. If your music is in a library stored on your computer, that library will not work with the update, at least for an undetermined number of months. Wait; don’t update.

    All you have to do is make the user interface simple, not hard. Sonos sound quality is amazing (coming from a long time Bose guy); yet the app is horrendous. I know a buddy that works in Product for Sonos here in Tampa. May have to blow up his phone about this ! 🤠

    This app is so clunky when it comes to Apple Music which I am sure has to be the majority of all users. Hard to find songs or music. Queue is not fun to set up and playlist dies when song is complete instead of how apple just goes to a similar song. Need some updates with usability.

    Would love if their speakers lasted. I have some old and new and bummed they can’t work at all together. Also wish was more apple HomeKit integrated so didn’t have to have Apple HomePod at all!

    The app takes a long time to load and catch up to what’s happening on the speakers. It’s showing nothing is playing, but yet one of the speakers is doing its own thing. Very frustrating.

    Love my speakers but not a fan of the app. I can’t control the volume using iPhone volume buttons and can’t see what’s playing or manage any basic functions from the Lock Screen like other streaming music apps. allow me to do (such as skipping tracks, pause/play, thumbs ups, etc.). Frustrating to have to unlock my phone and get back into the app to manage anything while playing. Volume adjustments within the app are delayed by the way, and the which didn’t used to be the case on prior versions).
