    Doordash makes a fool of himself. Schedules are not available for any area in New York City. He shows himself to the whole world. Such shamelessness and deception of such people have never been seen. How many people were making money from here, he took everyone's money away. But as dashers we should sue this company.

    It was good until maybe an update ruined the app, now I don't receive many orders like I used to and I drive around in red zones all day, hopefully Doordash reads our issues and solve something

    I love doordashing, it’s amazing money for when I’m not working my regular job. I know many people who make a living off of doordash as well. Although it’s a good side hustle there are still some problems, for instance, I’ll pick up an order which is $3.50 and when I get the food it says that the delivery is 17 minutes and all I get for that order is $3.50. I believe DoorDash pays you $2.50 per order and the rest is tips, some people give good tips, others don’t. That’s hard to do because I get paid the gas to get there but I don’t get paid to drive the way back. Sometimes I’ll get orders that aren’t very much but are very far and it just doesn't pay enough but if I decline the order, my acceptance rate goes down and I don’t get priority orders. It can be frustrating at times but other than that I really do enjoy doordashing.

    As you can tell by the recent reviews, this app is falling apart and it’s because of the trash at the top. They will try to send you to 4 different locations for $2. The fact that their app is programmed to send us offers like that tells you the people running the app are absolute trash

    Can’t schedule a shift between 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM … why is it like this? Sorry if i dont understand this brilliant stroke of software design but seriously such a facepalm

    App has become absolutely trash lately. Wait hours for orders that never come and then when you reach out to “support” to get your money back that just disconnect the chat. Scam artists SMH

    Lately there has been an issue for me when I go to log into the app it refreshes my screen and then send up an error code. It worked just fine up until the newest update and now everyday I have an issue getting into the app. It’s quite frustrating as someone who relies on the app frequently.

  • Unable to change Dash Location

    I moved to a new state and the app will now no longer allow me to DoorDash unless I am back where I used to live. I’ve gone through all of the settings, and there is no option for me to change my dashing location, which is extremely frustrating.

  • Good app the worst gig

    doorDash is by far the worst of the gig apps. The customer support and pay is ridiculously terrible. I would not recommend being a driver to my worst enemy.

  • Waste of time

    I’m a 20 year old dude with no criminal record and a flawless driving record since I got my license 4 years ago. I applied for the background check (which they use Checkr for) and there was an error so I was denied. My attempts to contact both DoorDash and Checkr have been ignored every time. Overall a worthless experience and waste of time. Highly recommend anyone interested puts their time into looking for a job instead.
