    Update: when I open the app it now distracts me with a notice about something I don’t care about.***So it interrupts my work and forces me to think about their advertising. This is supposed to be a tool to help work, not interrupt it. Update: additional problem. The signed copy of the invoice has a huge notice in the top right that it is NOT YET SENT. Customers claim that because it hasn't yet been sent that they never received it and it’s not their signature. I’m dealing with that right this minute. ————— I haven’t seen a better app for this type of service. That’s not really a compliment. None of them perform excellently. Jobber is about 75% excellent. That’s more than the other apps I’m familiar with that do the same thing. 1. Customer service is too laborious to mess with. 2. Client communications report says invoices sent, but a few days ago they were not being received. Once again, customer service takes up too much time to dare speak with them. 3. The activity log should be a report. 4. Our techs dislike the map that the app opens to. No way to change. 5. The AI chat bot is just a useless waste of time. 6. Customer addresses on the invoices are too far left to fit into a window envelope designed for invoices. You might think that’s minor because doesn’t everyone use email or text? No, many companies want invoices postal mailed to them. 7. *** we can’t use their system to email invoices to our largest multinational client because our client sends a confirmation email back to us that we never receive from Jobber. I have to download the invoice from Jobber and send it through my email. If my client fails to pay, I have to prove the invoice was sent to them with that confirmation email they send back. *** 8. If there’s an invoice involved, that invoice number needs to show up in the Client Communications report. Otherwise you’ll spend a lot of time hunting down the spec communication. 9. It’s designed for QuickBooks online. The “accounting” done with that application is minimal and doesn’t meet our financial reporting needs. That’s why the Activity Log should be a report with every tiny detail I see when I click the notice in the top right hand corner of the desktop version. I’d say all these things to customer service but I don’t have all week to spend answering the same questions over and over again until I finally give up with nothing resolved. So I deal with these issues that cost me time. Time is something I can’t get back.
  • We don’t need a map on Home Screen!!!!

    Why do we need map on Home Screen when we have it on Schedule screen??? We need quick access to appointments, quotes and clients!!!

    If you want an app that you hate and your entire team hates, get jobber. if you want connection issues and forms failing to upload, get jobber. if you hate your customers and like data being deleted, get jobber

    Pros Links business steps from request to invoice Communicates with your client via text or email Track team and assignments Can add notes easily Con Mobile App has no reporting so can only do that on desktop Look and feel is very different from mobile to tablet to desktop Reporting isn’t very good New look and feel makes it hard to find stuff Expensive credit card processing and slow settlement. We swamped it out to Chase.

    From the new guy starting out on his own to the guy with 5+ crews, this software is affordable and amazing! Customer service was always great and onboarding was easy and they offered solutions for everything. This software has made so many processes seamless in my business and it has kept so many things from falling through the cracks because of human error or forgetting. Follow the flow of the system and it will help you. I used to use Google calendar, QuickBooks, and my notes and todo app to try and keep track of everything. Now I just use Jobber! Thanks guys for all your hard work! Keep going! Jeff

    I downloaded jobber just about 10 years ago. It’s been the best software I used hands down. They are always upgrading and adding all the features I need with out even asking about them. They are doing an amazing job keeping up with the demand for new features. My employee started his own business and I talked him into downloading jobber and he loves it so far. Even though I forgot to share my refer a friend link. Which is a program they offer for sharing there software with friends and both get free months of service. We both Love it so far. Keep up the good work guys !!!

    I went 8 years using spreadsheets, reminders, folders, etc. Jobber consolidates that all in one place and saves me hours of office time, which means more time in the field making money. I’ve been more than impressed with the customer service (shout out to Victoria!) and the updates they have made and continue to make. It’s clear they take user feedback seriously. Thanks for a great product!

    Just started using it I like the interface very easy to navigate! My question is if I send a invoice to someone that doesn’t have the app, 1. Do they need it to access persay a quote I sent them? Or can they view it in their email and 2. Can I share it with my work phone and iPad to keep everything connected?
