    Customers should be able to get a refund and not store credit. Now I’m being forced to buy something else when the shoe I originally bought does not go with my feet shape after trying it on..

    Extremely disappointed that I did not receive my original order. I unfortunately entered the address incorrectly and when i immediately contacted the Goat was told that there were unable to make changes, although that had not received the shoes from the seller yet. The shoes were successfully delivered to the address and I attempted to contact the resident but was unsuccessful. I did not get the shoes that I ordered or my money back.

    Goat has been good to me. I’ve made multiple purchases and even more sales all have been problem free. My only gripe is you have to take so many pictures (until you’re verified). Which I am now. I will continue to use Goat. I just recently had my first issue with Goat. I’m not sure if I’ll be using platforms to buy and sell anymore.
