Beschreibung

This is NOT a standalone Mac app - please read on for full details ... Apple "New apps and games we love" (on the Mac), March 2017 Apple "Staff Favourite" in the UK (on iOS), Jul/Aug 2010 Account Tracker is a powerful personal finance app that helps you track spending and monitor balances across multiple accounts. This companion app supports two-way syncing with your iOS app (over iCloud or Dropbox), letting you view, edit and manage your data on the bigger screen of your Mac. You can also add and bulk edit transactions and easily reconcile your accounts. Changes are automatically synced back to your iOS devices when the Mac app is closed. Syncing requires Account Tracker or Account Tracker or Account Tracker Pro (for iOS) acting as a PRIMARY (sync) device. As an alternative, the app can open and view (but not edit!) your iOS backup files. Again you will need Account Tracker or Account Tracker Pro (for iOS). Note that NOT every feature of Account Tracker is supported on the Mac. A full comparison of these apps can be found on my support pages. If a feature that is really important to your workflow is not yet supported on the Mac, please let me know what is missing so I can prioritise adding these additional features and workflows. ACCOUNTS - Track multiple accounts: checking, current, savings, credit cards, loans/mortgages ... etc - Separate your accounts into groups, e.g. personal vs business accounts (edit on iOS, sync to the Mac) - Enter your recurring transactions using calendar-based repeat intervals, e.g. every 2 weeks, the last Friday of every month ... etc - Quickly and simply enter one-off transactions as they happen - Reconcile your account data with your statements - While it is useful to see where your money goes, you can also look FORWARDS, showing all of your future commitments BILLS - Enable reminders for non-automatic transactions, e.g. bills that you have to pay manually - View all transactions with reminders set BUDGETS - Add budgets per category for spending, income and transfers across individual or multiple accounts (set/edit on iOS, sync to the Mac) - View these as daily, weekly, fortnightly/biweekly, monthly, yearly or custom dates - Monitor your transactions against the goals you set REPORTS - Detailed reports to really understand your financial position - Account balance over time, cash flow, spending by category or payee detail, income by category or payer and transfers by category - View these as daily, weekly, fortnightly/biweekly, monthly, yearly or custom dates DATA, BACKUPS AND SYNCING - Import historical transactions or bank statements from a CSV file - Export account statements, budgets and reports in CSV format for offline processing, e.g. in a spreadsheet - Support for database syncing across multiple devices (using either iCloud or Dropbox) - PIN code protection, plus Touch ID integration (on supported Macs) PLUS - Full multi-currency support, per account and per transaction - The default currency is the one local to your device, but this can be overridden (set on iOS, sync to the Mac) - Supports sub-categories and splitting a transaction across multiple categories/subcategories (set/edit splits on iOS, sync to the Mac) - In-app user guide SUPPORT Please use the link to my support page from the AppStore page or from the app itself (or simply go to http://grahamhaley.co.uk/accounts/mac/). Alternatively, contact me directly via my support pages and you will get a quick response.

I love the phone app and the Mac App. It syncs better then between my iphone and iPad. PLEASE Please add the ability to use the TAB button between input spaces. Having to click the mouse button every time I want to change fields is cumbersome and annoying. Also add an ability to hit enter and move to the next entery point for what ever what you have your set up ... ascending or descending... just makse it so much easier on the end user

I love the app to go along with the ios app on my iphone. A few things I would love to see in future updates. Month dividers in the ledger and a lighter font for past transactions, just like the ios app. Otherwise it is really good, almost perfect. Thanks
  • Best app on the iPhone but needs improvement on mac

This is the very best program I found to track persnal & business finances. I use the program on the Mac more as a viewer rather then what I would prefer to use it justy like on the iPhone. I almost wish it looked and functioned exactly the same

I have been waiting years for this program to finally get released it is I believe the mosst flexible personal finance app out there including top rated programs like quicken. I love it when it works and syncs but most of the time it does not. Once the sync is fixed it will be the best program out there but for now I have tried and tried to reestablish sync with the desktop but no luck. This is my last try before I wait till the sync is updated and works all the time.

Seriously. This app doesn’t sync to my accounts, or am I missing something? Who wants to input everything by hand? In 2017...

Don’t buy if you have android phone or only want this for your MacBook Pro. Its a confusing bait and switch. $15 down the drain and I’d win a free trip to the Space Station rather than get a refund!!
  • Awesome

Finally found a replacement for iReconcile. This is a companion app for the iOS app - NOT A STANDALONE!!. The sync feature works seamlessly with iCloud. The Mac version shows you all the infomration that the iOS version does but with a liitle more detail. To make a long story short, this companion app is awesome. Glad that I bought it.
  • Great sync with iOS version, and a great start for the first Mac version

I switched to Account Tracker after my previous financial utility went kaput (Koku for those who remember it). There were a ton of choices in the market, and Account Tracker seemed to have the best repute among the tools that don’t have a huge number of ridiculous bells and whistles. It’s straightforward and entry is smooth as silk. The iOS version has been rock solid for the past year, and I haven’t looked back. The eagerly anticipated (for me anyway) Mac version syncs via iCloud with ease, which is probably the most important feature for my use case. As the first Mac build, there are some rough edges and idiosyncracies that I fully expect to be ironed out over time. Buying on day one was a given for me, and I do not regret my purchase whatsoever. It is obvious Mr. Haley has worked hard to get this tool developed for the Mac, and I sincerely hope he is able to sustain this part of the business going forward. For an indispensable tool on my iPhone to now sync to my desktop, this application is worth its weight in gold.
  • It’s Finally Here!!!

Finally, the long awaited Account Tracker for Mac has arrived!! The developed has now completed his goal in making both iOS & Mac versions, with no problems at all for now. I’m truly enjoying the added benefits in having this app on my iMac.
