I wish I could get proof that this game is rigged and cheats. I get it’s a free game but the developers are so greedy and ignorant. I’ve been playing for years and I’m convinced that the game goes in cycles. Just when you start to feel good about the game they turn it off and take everything back off you. Finally don’t ever purchase coins, you will lose them in a very short time period and you won’t gain anything.

Been playing for years. HIR is now the worst casino app. They allow you to win for a week or two then you lose all your coins for the next several weeks. I have been tracking this for several months. Sometimes I lose 90 percent of the time. Even if you purchase coins you will lose them. I can’t play much daily because I don’t have coins. So frustrating playing this game. I don’t have this problem with other casino apps. Too expensive to play. Too predictable. Time to delete. At least at a casino you can win real money. 👎👎👎

I will be removing this app from my devices. It’s actually worse than going to a casino. When I make a purchase I would expect to be able to play a little on my money. I’d purchase the $99 package and my coins would be gone in less than an hour. Also I’ve been playing for over two years now and not once have I ever won any of the “activities/events”. I’m sad because I enjoy the games but I’m not getting my money’s worth. I’ll take my money to a real casino where I can win real money with what appears to be better odds

5/1/2022: We love Hit it Rich(my friends on the game and I) but we have a few complaints *Rich Pass Challenges have become to difficult to complete like the 4 card packs. We have play all day and never get the 4 packs which puts us behind for the elite points. And the high amount with 10 spins is impossible. Have play that all day and never got it. *Partner Power Up: Only time we make that is when you partner us friends together. Other partners do not play *Why on some games like Boom for the bonus round we only get the two lower amounts(pink and white). Never gold or blue. Surprise us sometimes!! You can take it back whenpowever you want to *Free Spins- why do we get the same amounts which are the smaller ones all the time. We are senior citizens who play this game 24/7 and we love it but lately we have been getting very frustrated and lax of interest. Please address our concerns because we really want to continue playing. Please don’t get rid of Doggie best thing ever. 5/23/2022: Why did you change the way doggie helps us. The only time that I get the bonus amount is when you team me up with a friend which is not often. We should not be partnered with people that don’t even play. Like I have said in the pass I love the game it’s good for my mind but so many things are so unfair for instance: 1) card packs freezing after a challenge 2)power up partners with people that don’t even play 3)spades/extreme/boom coin games only win the 2 smaller amounts 4) Power up been waiting for the 2x for over 3 weeks and I usually play from morning to night and can’t get it what is really going on. I very disappointed that Slingo Bingo was taken off. Not much of a slot player so rather enjoy Slingo Bingo. Consider maybe putting it back

Has anyone been playing for years and accumulated a lot of coins and then lost them all due to HIR associates and then they tell you its not their fault. I used to love playing but haven’t played since. I am starting to play again because I like the game 😃
