Order Ahead – Place your order through your phone and pay, choose your preferred pick-up method, and let us know when you arrive. 3. Receive points – Receive points with every qualifying purchase by scanning your QR code in the Chick-fil-A® App, paying with your Chick-fil-A One® digital gift card, or placing mobile orders at participating Chick-fil-A® restaurants. 4.     Have tried to create account 12 times with 2 different emails. Just says Can’t create account. If you don’t tell me why how can I try to fix. Just in case I tried Forgot Password on both emails. Nothing received. Checked junk. Very frustrating.

    Every time the App updates its nothing but bad for us. This latest update in April 24, they took away one of the best part of the App. The ability to get a free sandwich every 5-7 visits because of a survey they would offer you inside the news portion of the App. Simple questions about your favorite Chick-Fil-A restaurant, and then voila, a free sandwich. But I haven’t seen an offer since the new update. Never fails.

    You can just purchase the food, you need to add funds to the ChicFilA One balance, then pay for their. Ok, same thing right? Nope. The smallest amount you can add is $10. So let’s say you already had $10 on your account and your meal cost $11.. You would have to add another $10 just to cover that $1. Really gross. Just let me use a credit card.

    Why have an app if the store doesn't receive the order until after I show up to pick it up. Would have been faster and less hassle to order in the store.

    Love the app! One thing, my order came back and it smelt of weed. Disgusting. This has happened once but still the app is great!
