    Every time I take a picture of a math problem it says that it is unable to solve the problem. I don’t know if it’s me or it’s the app but I’m so confused why this is a 5 star app because it answers 40 percent of the questions I give it. The only reason I’m keeping it is because it answers some of the questions. I just use the app and pray that it actually gives me an answer because I’m actually going to delete this app and install another math app if it says that it can’t solve a question again.

    Right off the bat, I generally have a huge gripe with these education companies sucking and making awful tools for students to learn with. Even though Chegg took this app over not too long ago, I want to thank them for keeping things the way they are so far and I’ve had nothing but good things to say about this app. I’m a Physics major, so calculators and self-study help tools are so important for me. My only wishes are a dark mode option, and being able to take past equations from the “history” section and copy and paste them back so you don’t have to type a previous equation all out again. Besides that, that annual subscription pays for itself 10x over and it’s the best smart-calculator on the App Store in my opinion. I just hope things stay this good.

    Please update this app!!! For over a week now it tells you “SOMETHING WENT WRONG! Please try again. It’s testing season and now I can’t check my work 🤬 Update: the app is fixed and working great!!! Thanks Update on this app!!! I purchased this app so that I can take advantage of viewing steps. Well it started working for a few months and now it will longer give me the option AGAIN!!! This is so annoying!! Now it just gives me an option so that I can purchase live tutor for $110. Why would I want to purchase live tutor when I can’t even view the steps of a problem and that’s what I paid money for!!!!😡 THIS APP IS NOT ALWAYS RELIABLE AND IT IS ANNOYING!!!! When a person spends their money 💰 they should get what the paid for at least!!!

    They’ve been trying for months to get my money by hiding it under Apple so that I would not know which app to delete, I want my money back and delete my account after I get it back.

    I have payed they annual fee for this app for several years. Now, all I see are 30 second ads. If the service were free, I would expect a lot of ads, however, I am paying for a service and should not have to watch ads every time I open the app. Not what I am paying for. I will be looking for a new app when my subscription expires.

    I tried canceling my subscription on my phone, but it is not letting sign in with my apple id to do so, so i cannot even access may payment details, meaning i have no way to cancel unless I delete my acc. Beware of this app as the developers likely won’t fix this as to make more money. Very predatory and annoying.
