    Good luck if you have to dispute a purchase. I don’t recommend this card. But hey, you’ll get up to 10 times the points to get ripped off!

    They don’t do 2 day early deposit they can’t even tell you how to qualify for that in their system. I signed up for it just for the 2 day early deposit and they don’t do it after your very first deposit. They literally just tell u that just to sign up for them. Just as bad as Wells Fargo tbh.

    Been using over a year (credit card), still don’t understand how this banking app doesn’t have a pin login! Having to enter my entire password every time to log in is inconvenient when checking an account in a pinch. Also, no dark mode…weird in this day and age. And the amount of adverts and pushing branded partnerships is kind of gross. Using their HYSA intermittently and a credit card consistently, I also just opened a checking account but the ACH is expected to take a whole week, which is fine because it’s going to take an estimated 11 days to even get the debit card so my money there is tied up! If it takes more than a day to receive my deposits (currently takes overnight to my A bank if requested by 4p PST), I’ll definitely not be using them for checking! Very sloooow, outdated banking. I do like the ability to lock my credit card at least - but most cards have that option now! UPDATE: Yep, takes 2-3 business days to receive a payment sent from work, whereas it’s in my account next business day with my main bank. Which is fine, I guess, because I requested partial payment and I STILL don’t even have my debit card (almost two weeks after opening account). Will definitely not be using this bank for checking account, BUT it’s currently the most decent for HYSA so my emergency fund will still live here!

    Yes! Capital One app is the best app to deal with money and you bank account , of course , capital one bank account mainly… but I just can provide 2 stars as a rate, because the app could be so much better , like a redesign of the app, because here on my iPhone , all apps are so clear and easy to do something with them… I hope I can get this on my capital one app. Like… so much better. Thank you !

    I was promised about $200 reward upon spending $500 before applying the card. After card is approved then customer care agent is saying that I am not eligible. Worst sales support and i would recommend checking once term the conditions before applying.

    so very sad to state - I have enjoyed CapOne for many years - but it’s handling of the walmart card they usurped has been the worst experience of my payment life! no one i could talk to about it that cared to keep a good Customer - basic to state i had billpay set up ten days in advance to make the payment from Bank of America to capone ( yeah Capone the monster is more like it) well in advance of the due date for the walmart credit card. once after covid hit the payment did not make it on time. and for no reason - other than for some reason BofA sends the check by snail mail to capone !! no idea why and i have 30 other payments made smoothly digitally already set up at bank of america. that happened 18 months ago and then it happened a couple of months ago sent out on the tenth did not reach capone until the 22nd - impossible! so i closed the card and it happened again just now. don’t waste your time trying to talk to capone sensibly explaining that it made no sense. they suggested i send it in early as an automated payment BUT if the payment came too early it would not count for that payment. oh they were so nasty and unwilling to help. it will be grand to see this banking institution get what’s coming to it.

    I hate companies that force you to download their app to accomplish certain tasks. It’s insidious information gathering. Got done what I needed, uninstalled.

    I have brcoyse a part of the capital 1 family. About 1 1/2 years ago it was my first credit card an I think there great. So far so good. I like them an honesty there very fair an have helped me in my time I really needed it most I go with capital 1 100 percent an continue to thank you capital 1 for givein g me a chance Thankuou very much glad to be a part of capital 1 !!!!!
