    Perusing the Best Buy app and can’t seem to find the “Products” category for movies and TV shows. It used to be there. . . Is Best Buy getting out of this business? Why isn’t it a default category?

    Online was an absolute breeze. Unlike the store where I played several Bluetooth speakers and hoped to walk out with one. Unfortunately in my 15minutes in the store I wasn’t greeted by a single associate. This is usually not the case but today that’s exactly the experience. I’m a total tech member and will certainly be back…..at least online.

    I always am at ease with store pick up , they make sure to see your license and they always have the most competitive prices. I have always done great business with them. I’ve had experiences where I wasn’t happy and had to take stuff back. Never was left feeling uneasy or stressed because they’ve always been able to look up my order with my payment option and take care of all of my needs in all my time shopping with Best Buy though I have only returned one thing and it was because I couldn’t figure out how to control it lol a DJI MAVIC drone.. Buy with confidence, get protection and you’ll go a long way with Best Buy ! I am definitely a loyal customer, also customer service always drops everything they’re doing and makes sure your taken care of. Always on top of their game and not one of the stores you have to walk into and search for something. You find an associate and they’ll get what you need. Keep it up guys and gals .. Your doing your job perfect .. Also I should mention Clarksville Indiana is my preferred store. Great employees and always have what you need !

    Used to be able to pay your Best Buy card from the app. That is no longer possible since two weeks ago. The option is there but it never will connect. Trash application.

    I do like this app, but it’s surprising to me that they don’t take Apple or Android payments. I prefer not to have my credit card information floating around the Internet where possible. I love Best Buy and hope they will take care of this because I prefer to shop here, supporting my local storefront as possible.

    I just bought an external drive with the convenience of not leaving home. I appreciate saving time. Free delivery was also an enticement.

    It’s hard to ever speak to someone on the phone. The online help is not great. The wait to actually talk to someone on the phone is ridiculous. I wait on hold to talk to someone for 30 minutes & end up just hanging up. I have to tap around the screen to be able to click on what I actually need. There was a period of time pretty recently where the app crashed for days on end and I wasn’t able to make my credit payment & the late charge ended up going up $300 in just a few days. I’m glad they’re closing down locations. Do not get their credit cards.
