Please!!!!

I do enjoy this app. It is easy to use and easy to maneuver through. It is easy to create your own folders to store recipes. My beef with this app is the limited number of folders you can create as well as the number of recipes you can store in said folders. Especially since this is an app you actually pay to use. Work on increasing the capacity. I’m not worried about data storage increases with this app and I’m sure most folks aren’t. Make that better and this app will be amazing.

Your WE Recipes app stopped working while I was in the middle of (!) cooking party dinner last Saturday and it is still broken even now! It first displayed I’m not subscribed (?!which is wrong), then just started popping up message that “Sorry something went wrong” and it’s been like this for a week now. This happens very often and it is nerve wrecking - completely intolerable! I’ve been uninstalling and installing it nonstop and clearing cache with cookies, reporting phone etc. Nothing works, no information available ! Most unreliable application I’ve ever seen. Your customer service never have any idea why it’s broken or when it will be fixed, and one of them even said it is not even your app (“it’s Apple Store own app”). So pretty much clueless agent, and my incredible waste of time staying on the Cust service helpline for entire hour each time. I’m exhausted! Make this app free as its not reliable at all , fix it for his sakes , provide tech information on issues and fix ETAs. Poor show William Sonoma, very disappointed .

No one is fixing this broken app!

Too pricey for what offering.

I’ve wanted a full on a WS recipe app since their first iteration a few years ago. This version is clean and well designed, easy to navigate and full of great recipes and tools. It’s well worth the price.

Not happy very disappointed in the website used to be nice not anymore.

There is no way to cancel this subscription before the pay period kicks in. No way.

This app used to be free. I remember having this app with WilliamsSonoma and now they are making you pay for it. Really!!!!
