    I have never been some motivated to work out. This app really does the trick. That allows you to schedule your workout ahead of time and then keep track of your progress very easily. What I love most is that there’s a whole variety of workouts. I love strength training, but sometimes I love to switch it up and try a barre class or a yoga class and it makes it so easy to do so. The content is always fresh and the variety is so awesome and creative. Even strength training - there’s the mindfulness with exercise and the mobility and movement. I love these so much to really add spice to my workout. Love this app!

    There are some major functionality issues that make me question if the developers have ever been to the gym. Programs will have me taking up 3 stations at once (wanting me to get on a mat between cable sets, or three completely different machines for a triset)- that doesn’t fly in a public gym especially during peak times. I can’t change the order of the trisets either, doing triset 3 first instead of triset 1, etc. Additionally, it logs my cardio as a completely separate workout, rather than including those 30 minutes into my workout count of my lift. So the count of how many workouts I’ve done each month is completely off. I also can’t review the program selected after I’ve selected it- there is no list view of what workouts are in the days ahead and what movements they include. I also can’t read description of the program after I’ve selected it. For the cost of this app, it needs some major improvement. After this program is completed, I will be going to a competitor that it’s a bit more intuitive to what gym workouts actually look like.

    I love this app. I’ve found nothing comparable. I just wish it had a few more options of just lifting. I’m not a HIIT type of girl.

    This is such a great app. The challenges definitely upped my motivation and now I’m working out 6 days a week, up from 4. It has a fantastic variety of at home workouts for quarantine or new parents who are short on time. I love that the fitness instructor/avatar does the workout with you, it’s so helpful for good form.

    I’ve been using the Sweat app for almost 6 weeks now, and it’s the only workout plan I’ve been able to stay with so well! I love it! You can choose what types of workouts you want to do, and you don’t have to listen to someone talking the whole time! I like being shown what to do and then just listening to music. I don’t like to listen to anyone chatting so it’s perfect!
