    Yall I’ve been rocking with tidal for almost a decade now. We had our little ups/downs and cancel/resubscribe moments but I can honestly say there’s no other streaming service I feel is worth the subscription. The app is constantly upgrading which is only fitting with the times. They take feedback and apply it so don’t be afraid to voice any concerns you’re having with the app (best believe I voice mines). Tidal also pays artists the most out of all music streaming services so supporting tidal is supporting your favorite artists. Yall stay sleep if you want to.

    Tidal recently made some major changes to their subscription model. First they remove the Free plan, which would allow you to listen to music if you listened to ads. Cool, I’m good with that. It actually worked really well. Well, Tidal removed the Free Tier. Next, they removed Military and First Responder discounted plans. Now, if they were losing money on this, I get it, but here’s the deal. Tidal kept the Student discounted plan, while removing the Military and First Responder discounted plans. In my opinion, this is a slap in the face to all Police and Military people. It would be less offensive if they had removed the Student discounted plan as well, but to keep it and remove the others is ridiculous.

    I think this issue has gotten worse over the years. It seems like every aspect of Tidal is slow/delayed. When I skip a song, it takes about 2 to 3 seconds to skip. If I am looking at the lyrics and want to hear a specific line and I tap the lyric line, it takes about 2 to 3 seconds for the song to go to that line. This happens on both WIFI and also when I’m using 5G LTE… It’s almost worthy of canceling my service :/ and as for as much as I pay each month, I do not feel like this issue should still be happening! Not to make comparisons, but Apple Music, and Spotify are pretty instant when you use any of their functions.

    Tidal always sounds great on my Magnepan 1.7i speakers! But, Tidal's latest changes in their subscription plans as well as lowering prices makes me even more happy. With everything costing more money these days it's great to have a service as good as Tidal not only add more features and availability over the last year but lowering their pricing significantly for the best audio quality possible. Not only am I getting the highest audio quality but I can now justify paying for the family plan as well. this means more people in my family can enjoy Tidal for only a few dollars more than what I was paying for the individual plan at lower streaming quality. definitely give it a go if you haven't already.

    This app keeps pausing the music through every song. I tried everything to fix it. I reached out to customer service and no one helped me at all. I’m paying all this money per month for nothing to work and they keep telling me to try everything that I’ve already tried over and over again and nothing works, so what am I paying this for and why haven’t they given me my money back for paying for something that never works. don’t download this app. It never works.

    Dear Tidal music, As a music listener, I expect to not hear explicit songs or lyrics in songs. But I still hear them even with explicit mode off. Why is that even allowed at all? Can you please fix this?
