    Once I was on a train and I looked over at a little kids ipad and they were watching mafia nanny?! Like they look 4 or 5?! And a other problem is that there’s a new add on it like put more storylines not just one?

    I think the Age shouldn’t be 12+ I think it should be 18+ bcuz I downloaded it bcuz I thought it was like with friendly stories bcuz it’s 12+ but I clicked on the app and there was so much gross stuff and when I tapped the stories like it isn’t for 12+ I don’t recommend this app unless your 16+. But I am not a hater it’s just like, the age needs to go up for what’s on this app bsfr….

    for the daily pass webtoons, when i watch the ad, it loads and then seems to cancel when i finish it. i have to watch an ad 5 - 10 times now to unlock a single episode

    I have been using webtoon for about 2 years now, this year webtoon has been an absolute nightmare. They have been taking my money without receiving coins. (This has been of multiple occasions) However today has by far taken the cake. Webtoon blocks my account from purchasing any episodes or coins. I have not violated any of their terms or conditions ( yes I did read it). With that being said, I thought it must have been a glitch. I decided to delete the app and add again (btw I have an account under my general email) when I log in none of my history is on there. As well as all of my PURCHASED coins are gone. There is no customer service for this lousy app. The writes and creators on this app are amazing however the app itself is absolutely despicable. I am truly unpleased and would like to talk to someone in charge here.

    Since the latest app update it has been logging me out every single time I close the app, and this has never been an issue before.

    i love webtoon and have been using it since about 2018/2019 but my biggest complaint is fast pass, i’ve been thinking it would be better to have a type of suscription instead of buying it, especially for stories already going on. I feel like this would be much better, people were willing to spend money before but i think the fast pass/daily pass drives people away since there’s so many good stories locked away because of it.
