    This app sounds like a great idea but it is a complete waste of time. I would pay more money to get back the time I wasted downloading it. A TON of the users are bots, both male and female. There is no vetting process or income verification- as long as you pay the monthly fee you can claim that you make as much money as you want. The App is also glitchy, the features don’t work, and it is also plastered in adds, giving it a cheap click-bait feel. I had a ton of issues with my photos being “under review for 24 hours” which lasted for over a week with no explanation, preventing users from viewing my profile. I would give 0 stars if I could.

    I did not mean to purchase a Luxy millionaire dating app. I would like a refund. I thought it was only one months subscription and they charge me for a year. I never pressed the bottom "BUY" and the purchase suddenly happened by itself Moreover I was trying to use this app and I never get matches from my city and I wrote a lot of complaints about it to them during the last period I use this app and they Dont change anything. I’m completely unsatisfied with a service being provided and want my money back because it’s a scam.

    I’m not sure who developed this app but it is not user friendly at all, even for someone like myself who is very tech savvy. It looks and feels cheap, not luxe, and even the matches look like they are stock images themselves. Once you match with what I’m guessing is a bot, they message you, you message back, and then radio silence. Everywhere you turn you are being asked to spend money in the app. No, look elsewhere.

    They made me wait 24 hours tried to get me to buy Black a million times and then they decline me and tell me to make a whole new account to try again. DONT bother with the app if you don’t buy the membership they won’t pass you.

    It is extremely difficult to actually use the site without paying a minimum of 50 dollars or more I haven’t been able to be active yet it has my pictures active on the site and they are able to view me and send messages and I have to pay to respond back which makes me wonder if there real or just get money from me most expensive app I have for dating

    I have tried a LOT of dating apps, and this one is by far the WORST! If you want to connect with someone 5,000+ miles away and never meet, it’s probably great. I live in Dallas and set my location preferences as such. Yet in the few days I have been on the app, not ONE of my 50 daily matches has been in my city, and maybe two have been in the state of Texas. The vast majority are from other countries/continents, such as Russia, Saudi Arabia, and Brazil. Some of the suggested profiles are not even in English. I paid $70 for a month, and yet other thing I see on this app is a pop-up ad to spend $100+ on upgrades and gimmicks like coins, roses, Easter eggs. This app is a SCAM. I have asked for a refund, which I have not yet received, and in the meantime my access has been cut off so that I will have to pay just to speak to customer service?? I would attach screenshots if I could because it’s unbelievable. Don’t waste your time or money on this app!
