Badger Maps is an all-in-one field sales app that helps outside sales professionals increase revenue and save time by automating busywork. Founded in 2012, Badger solves a longstanding field sales problem: juggling a map, a calendar, a schedule, and client data — all while dealing with traffic and spending hours behind the wheel, struggling to arrive to appointments on time. Badger is designed with all the needs of field salespeople in mind. It takes care of all of their challenges with multiple features: route optimization (with 100+ stops), lead generation, interactive client data visualization (import your spreadsheet or sync Badger with your CRM), meeting notes logging, field activity reports, and more! With Badger, a field sales rep has 10 more meetings a week, saves 3 hours behind the wheel, and cuts time spent on frustrating admin work by half. Additionally, field sales managers can get insights on their reps’ performance in the field, manage territories more easily, boost CRM adoption, plan their reps’ accounts and routes, and tackle any problems in the team before they even arise. Here’s the monthly ROI you can get with Badger: • 22% more sales • 20% fewer miles • 32 hours less planning and scheduling • And 40 extra meetings One of our customers, NCR Aloha, a POS software provider, grew sales by 20% monthly and reduced drive and planning time by 25% daily and 50% weekly, respectively. Cutter & Buck, a sportswear company, obtained 8 extra meetings weekly per rep and grew annual revenue by 22%. Here’s what our customers are saying: “Our efficiency has easily increased over 100% since we’ve implemented Badger Maps. Each rep is seeing at least 2 more accounts and finding 2 more prospecting opportunities per day.” — Ken Buck, Regional Sales Manager, Danaher “With Badger, I averaged 25% more in sales in the last year. I also cut my driving by a huge amount, no more zig-zagging all over town.” — Lara Thomas, Sales Rep, DermaTran “Badger contributed heavily to our bottom line. Reps consistently met our goal of 10 meetings a day, 50 per week. That wouldn’t have been possible without Badger.” — Rich Becker, Grad Solutions, Arizona Director of Business Development Below is an overview of the features we offer (feel free to visit our website for more details). Our features will contribute to your bottom line by cutting drive and planning time — giving you more time to sell. But Badger goes beyond just saving you time in driving and planning. It also equips you with on-the-go lead generation, mobile territory management, customer visualization on a map, and more! • Route Planning & Optimization Quickly select the accounts you’d like to meet and create the fastest route with one swipe. Add up to 120 stops to your route and optimize it in seconds. I have been using this app for a little over a year and love what this app brings to the table. Definitely assists me in be most efficient in travel time to different customers. It also helps me to stay organized with all the note keeping that I do for all visits and discussion topics while at visit! After using this app I feel that it has a tremendous impact on my already tights schedule. If your not using it you definitely should!

Unfortunately, once you set up an account, it’s a nightmare to cancel your monthly subscription. I was charged for 2 month after cancellation through the App Store. The excuse I got was they use their own billing. Check your cc statement after you cancel and get a confirmation email your account is canceled.

Couldn’t imagine leading a team of Outside Sales Representatives without Badger. Easy planning, all account info at your fingertips, and can be incorporated into your CRM so no double notes.

It has wonderful features, but doesn’t always work the way you want it to. Their team is helpful and responsive should you need the help. I wish I had a way to view multiple routes at one time to compare. Overall, decent application on phone and desktop.

Never use this company. We have a dealership for solar, we were exploring companies /tech to use for our field reps. I personally decided to download badger, try their system out and realized quickly it wasn’t something we would use and canceled the free trial. 30 days later I’m charged $60 for their subscription. Apple won’t refund me after two attempts and badger has zero support. Stay away

I entered a list of accounts sequentially by number. The app cut the list in half, reversed the order, then labled all the locations on the map in the reversed order. When I tried to follow a route it was a mess. There was no reference association between the numbers which the app labeled my locations and what I had named them. So I see on the map that I need to go to location #38 but when I get there it is actually about #20 in the way I entered it. Then when I wanted to see who this appointment was the app did not write the label they made beside the account I entered so I had no idea who this account was. Very frustrating. This is glitchy to the point of costing me more time than if I had sat at a desk in my office and just manually mapped my own routes. I am sorry to have to report this. I left a message with customer service. My need for a mapping app is great. This one is not there yet. I hope they upgrade this soon so I can write a praiseworthy review.

I’ve been using Badger Maps for over 8 years and it’s an essential tool for making the rounds and ensuring that I have not left out any customers or notes for future visits. The reports are provided by email weekly and monthly for review as well. Great addition to my toolbox and don’t know what I would do without it.

Found and got started inputting data last night. Had trouble getting todays route uploaded. Emailed support figured they would get to it today sometime. Joanna emailed right back and got started and was ready this morning when I got up to start my day. Made my day. Then found this App to boot. Solid!

Had my username and password saved in Apple key chain and one day went to log in and was locked out. Did a password change and still couldn’t get into the app. Checked my credit card to make sure I was still being billed and of course I was… I contacted customer service through email because they don’t have a number listed so you can call of course. They claimed I was on a free trial??? Nope I was just billed so I went into Apple Subscriptions and cancelled. Problem solved even though I was still payed up for the rest of the month. Never again
