State of the art ballistics solver for calculating long range rifle trajectories. This solver and the library of ballistic coefficients is provided by Applied Ballistics and is the most accurate and complete ballistics app available.

Not for beginners. You just need to learn the ballistics basis, own a good chronograph and you should be able to make it to 1000+ yards with good ammo. It’s not always 100% accurate with factory ammo, but that’s understandable and once you make the right corrections, it’s good to go. A must have for long range shooters if you want to save yourself bunch of wasted ammo just trying to get on paper.
  • Update the UI and UX

Seriously, the UI looks like something from the dial up internet era and very unintuitive UX.
  • Nowhere near strelok pro

    RIP these sanctions
  • It’s ok but not great.

I expect more from the guys at AB. The UI is soso, swiping is not intuitive to make edits or open up options. Typically a “…” would make more sense to open options. Hitting the “share” icon to open up and manage options at the Home Screen is also not very well done. And lastly and perhaps the biggest issue is the fact that this DOES NOT connect to a Kestrel AT ALL! Geo Ballistics is far better designed and user friendly than this. The firing solutions aren’t ABs but they are good enough.
  • Great data and Calculations. Horrible app

I’ve used this thing out to 1500 yards in various conditions and calibers. And I’ve always had great results. But holy moly, if I didn’t spend $30 on this app I would have ditched it after the first 2 hours of trying to figure out how to use this thing. If you’re looking for a blast from the past and relive the Gen 1 iPod Touch days, this app is for you. Everyone else, I’d look elsewhere.
  • Good information, bad app

The information is great, the app is total trash. Not overly user friendly. You cannot customize or organize your chart table. For being a $30 app, you would expect more. StrelockPro is significantly better.
  • Clunky

I was sad when my phone was broken and I found out the hard way that Strelock Pro is banned so I went to applied ballistics. While I’m sure Mr. Litz has some great ballistic tables in here, for $30 it’s just not worth it. Super clunky and not intuitive to use. Really just a terrible user interface, and for $30 for an app, this thing should be the bees knees…sad.
  • Very limited firearm, bullet and reticle choices

This app does not list the reticle or even the caliber of my rifle, a 6.5creedmmor. Can’t believe I wasted money on this app. 👎👎👎
  • Great app, lacks reticles

Throwing a one on this because it’s heartbreaking the lack of reticle choice. Outside of that it’s very utilitarian and I appreciate it. Please update with some primary arms, swamp Fox, etc reticles. Will happily edit.

The title says it all. I put in a data and get a blank screen. I guess I will continue to use Shooter.
