    Not very user friendly. For instance, editing client info is in one place for contact info and another place for address. Why isn’t it all in the same place?

    I’m having massive delay when it comes time to add customers. Sometimes 20 seconds waiting for the info to update and propitiate on the system. Photos still take awhile to upload, even for the smallest version of the photo. And now your customer service is outsourced to people working from home with their noise cancelation headset and their squeaking birds in the background. I feel like I just got off the phone with Bangladesh I wish I had HCP 2019 back

    Enrolled for one purpose as told they had. For a guy like myself who is in the field all day working, then running off to estimates to then repeating on a daily basis, has to make the time to price out jobs as well as writing up the estimate. As I kept getting calls after calls to join, I finally answered n asked if they had a price book for estimating by Rhino. YESSS, we do! To then find out I have to input my own pricing/ materials to save to my custom price book. I do this for free already as now paying for it. However, they do have great features from sms #, job leads, google review, etc. They need to step up their software development team n figure out how to get Rhino or something similar. This allows you to price out per area code, labor cost, material cost. You can search “18” vanity” below will have cost of item and labor cost. You can search whatever it is you need to then click n drag as your creating your estimate. Estimates done in no time!

    No other software is better for running your business with. Especially if your business is a service provider type business you need to have a good app/software for everything you do. Scheduling your customers, providing extensive invoices with pictures and easy to choose pricebook sections for what you provide. Keeping track of payment,payroll and expenses plus job cost are all included in just the basic package. Depending on how big your business is you may need the other larger packages housecall pro provides to keep everything organized and running smoothly, all together in one place. Housecall pro is like a 1 stop shop to streamline your business and make your money. Other services like this are just to expensive for small startups and new businesses. I choose house call pro for keeping Ben’s AC LLC running perfectly and love the affordable options. I’m going to stay with housecall pro way into the future.

    This is great all around app for small bisiness owners. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to upload docs and pdfs to a particular job. That would make it 10 stars !

    Downloaded the app just to check it out briefly and made the mistake of putting in my number. They have called me 9 times in 2 days from different numbers so I can’t even block them. Borderline harassment and I certainly wouldn’t recommend them to any of the construction companies I consult for. If you need insane sales tactics like this then clearly your product can’t speak for itself.
